	In early 2024,		In early 2024, Victor was approached by [[Edward McHaggis]], who was searching for a replacement after [[Claymore MC]] lost a trusted associate responsible for the club's aviation logistics. Having heard of Victor's reputation around Sandy Shores Airfield, Edward enlisted his help with maintaining and preparing aircraft used by the club. Impressed by Victor's technical knowledge, Edward remarked that Victor ''"had a knack for planes"'' and continued relying on him for aviation-related work.

			After consistently proving himself to be reliable and discreet, Victor became a associate of Claymore MC before eventually being invited to prospect for the club. During his prospect period, he was mentored by Edward McHaggis, [[Tyler Nelson]], and [[Arthur Percy]], who introduced him to the club's structure, traditions, and day-to-day operations. For Victor, Edward became a father figure, something that he missed with his own father.

			As a prospect, Victor's primary responsibility was transporting small quantities of narcotics produced by Claymore MC to buyers throughout San Andreas, using both motorcycles and light aircraft. He also assisted Tyler Nelson with reconnaissance missions and worked alongside Arthur Percy to maintain and repair the club's motorcycles. His aviation knowledge made him one of the few members capable of flying and maintaining aircraft, providing the club with logistical capabilities that few others possessed.

			Unlike several members of Claymore MC, Victor had no prior military background. Although Edward McHaggis and other senior members considered his aviation expertise to be a valuable asset, not everyone within the club accepted him as an equal. Members such as [[Aiden Reed]] and [[Clint McLaughlin]] questioned whether Victor had truly earned his place, believing his technical skills did not compensate for his lack of military experience. Despite this skepticism, Victor continued to prove himself through his work and commitment to the club, eventually earning his full patch as a member of Claymore MC and marking his entrance into the criminal underworld.
