Damian Armando Nicholas Morrison, most commonly known as Damian Morrison, was born on January 18, 2000, at the Eclipse Medical Tower in Los Santos. Sharing the world with him on that very same day was his twin sister, Alexa Morrison. As a child of a wealthy half-American, half-Russian family, Damian experienced a unique blend of cultures.
Damian grew up in a life of luxury at North Sheldon Ave in Vinewood, just like his twin sister. However, unlike Alexa, who had many friends and a confident social presence, Damian didn’t have a lot of friends. In his early life, Damian was more into gaming, and this came at the expense of his social development. He had little interest in the hobbies his father tried to instill in him—flying, firearms, and tactical training. Instead, he preferred spending time playing Righteous Slaughter and Assassin’s Revenge on his EXorbeo 720.
Unlike Alexa, Damian got along very well with his mother, Victorya Solovyova. They spent countless hours together discussing history, especially Russian history, which became a common bond between them. Victorya saw Damian as introspective, curious, and emotionally deep, and she nurtured these traits with patience and affection.
Just like Alexa, Damian received the best education Los Santos could offer. At 16 years old, Damian enrolled at the University of San Andreas to pursue a degree in history. However, three months later, his world would turn upside down as his father, Alexander Morrison, was murdered. The loss shook the entire family. Alexa became cold, calculating, and ruthless in the aftermath, seemingly channeling her grief into ambition. Damian, however, experienced severe depression and anxiety during his university years. The emotional toll of his father's murder made it difficult for him to cope, and he was eventually prescribed antidepressants to continue his studies. As a result of his condition, Damian developed a stutter, which further impacted his ability to socialize. Despite these hardships, he pushed through the fog of depression and anxiety, and at 19 years old, he completed his history degree. But the emotional scars remained.
At 18 years old, when the inheritance of Alexander Morrison was divided according to his will, Damian was dealt another blow. The majority of the inheritance was given to Alexa. This revelation fractured the already fragile relationship between the twins. The divide deepened further shortly afterward, when Alexa began receiving personal mentorship in business and logistics from their father’s former associate, Grigory Venkov. Feeling abandoned and eclipsed once again, Damian decided to leave Los Santos on the advice of his Uncle Dave. He moved to San Fierro and found quiet stability working as a library technician. For two years, Damian lived a relatively peaceful life, surrounded by books and solitude, avoiding the chaos of Los Santos and the shadow of his sister's growing influence. At 21 years old, tragedy struck again. His mother, Victorya, who had long been ill, passed away peacefully in her sleep. Damian returned to Los Santos to attend her funeral—a solitary experience, as Alexa did not attend. During the ceremony, Damian reconnected with Uncle Dave, who encouraged him to remain in Los Santos and work with him at his salvage yard.
Seeing no reason to return to San Fierro, Damian accepted the offer. He resigned from his job as a library technician and began a new chapter working alongside his uncle. It marked the beginning of a quiet transformation, one rooted not in legacy or ambition, but in healing, independence, and the slow rebuilding of identity. For the next year, Damian worked diligently at the salvage yard. He learned how to dismantle vehicles, assess parts for resale, and manage basic repair tools. The work was modest, but it gave him a routine and a sense of usefulness. Uncle Dave, who had always seen potential in Damian, became a grounding presence. Their bond grew stronger as the months passed, built not on words, but on shared labor and mutual respect.
With a small sum of savings and a modest loan from Uncle Dave, Damian purchased a weathered property in Paleto Bay: a one-story fixer-upper on a quiet corner just a few blocks from the coastline. It wasn’t much, but it was his. A place of solitude, away from the towering expectations of his surname. Shortly after settling in, Damian found part-time work at the Paleto Bay Historical Society, where he helped curate local archives and guided visitors through exhibits on Blaine County’s past. The position, while humble, fit naturally with his background in history and allowed him to quietly integrate into the community. A new beginning, nestled in the northern edge of San Andreas, where he could finally breathe and begin again.

Establishment of the Bay Rebels
Solitude, as comforting as it was, couldn't fill the hollow that lingered inside him—a feeling of unfinished purpose, of being cast aside. Unexpectedly, Alexa reached out. Their contact had been minimal for years, but she proposed a private meeting on neutral ground, under the guise of offering "support." During the meeting, Alexa offered Damian a substantial sum of money as a "loan." She claimed it was an investmen but Damian could sense there was more to it. Perhaps it was guilt, or a silent apology for their father's favoritism, or simply a way to keep tabs on him. Regardless of the motive, Damian accepted the funds. With them, he began forming a vision: a group that could offer what he never had: brotherhood, identity, and protection outside the syndicate world. At first, Damian lacked the knowledge and ruthlessness to run a criminal operation. His leadership went unnoticed in the broader criminal underworld. But slowly, as he hired staff and began establishing facilities tied to arms and narcotics production, the Bay Rebels gained traction. Local respect turned into regional whispers.
Later, when Damian got staff and criminal factories were set up Damian’s influence in Paleto Bay became to grow. Unfortunately, the other syndicates caught wind of a new competitor in the criminal underworld. Jim, Edward and Tony (Edward side kick at the time) travelled to Paleto Bay to find out who this new competitor was. When they discovered it was Damian, they kidnapped him to Mutiny Road in La Puerta and in an alley way tortured Damian.
Unlike the rest, Edward saw potential in Damian and figured if he got Damian on his side, he could take on Alexa. Jim, Tony and especially Edward and ‘showed them what they did to enemies’ (killing the competition). They also forced a truce between the Bay Rebels and the syndicates in the city. Due to the injuries of the tortured Damian was later rushed to the Central Los Santos Medical Center. Damian realised that he could not be a shy, insecure man anymore. Damian changed from a shy insecure man to a toughened individual. He also quit his antidepressants which significantly improved his condition. Damian style changed from perm haircut to a curtain's hairstyle. Later they realised that they had tortured Alexa’s brother and so the dynamic between Damian, Jim, Edward and Tony changed. He also became a corrupt cop later who was regularly stationed around San Andreas. A few months later Damian life again turned, when he learned that his uncle had an STD and was going to die. Later when Uncle Dave died and was buried at Hill Valley Church Damian began using drugs such as meth and weed.
Later in Paleto Bay, Damian met a former Navy Captain and long-time friend of Uncle Dave: Captain Gerwin Cash. Cash and Damian both had the same ambitions to ‘show whose boss’ and they both teamed up to stand against the syndicates. Cash became Damian’s right-hand man and helped to militarize the Bay Rebels into a formable force in the region. The Bay Rebels expanded their operation in weapon manufacturing (addition of a new bunker in Raton Canyon) and increase of narcotics production (more staff and better equipment). Where Damian was more passive and wanted more of a appeasing route for the Bay Rebels, Captain Cash had a different route. Cash envisioned a more disciplined and tougher route for the Bay Rebels and Damian. Captain Cash was largely responsible for toughening up Damian.
When the Bay Rebels were slowly militarising Edward and Billy reached out to Damian at their submarine for a plan. Edward and Billy both let Damian know that they were going to backstab Alexa and take over her territory. They offered Damian his security in Paleto Bay at the condition that Captain Cash needed to be gone and that he did not interfere with their operation. This did not sit well with Damian and secretly reached out to his sister Alexa who temporary broke off the alliance with Edward and Billy.
This resulted in a tense situation where Alexa was enemies with Billy and Edward. However, this ratting also came at a cost for Damian. At night a confrontation between Edward and Damian resulted in Damian being tortured again. This marked the end of their business relationship again. Captain Cash later met Damian in Paleto Bay and Cash encouraged Damian to keep on fighting. Damian stubbornly refused this and continued his appeasement policy.
With a gang war in the whole of Los Santos and Blaine County involved the syndicates at stake Edward, Billy and Jim decided that Damian was going to leave or to be killed. After tense negotiation they decided to kidnap Damian yet again when Cash was checking on the bunker in Raton Canyon. Jim ordered a hit on Cash, and he was ‘killed’ (because Cash escaped the henchman). Damian was set on a plane to Canada effectively putting an end to the Bay Rebels.
The Long Road Back
Damian’s plane landed 6 hours later in Winnipeg, Canada. Damian strapped without any money and identification papers needed to find a way back to the United States. Damian travelled with a tourist bus to the city of Calgary where the US Consulate was. Damian reported that his passport was missing, and the US Consulate provide Damian with a new one.
With all this free time Damian started working in a library for a very short time to save money for a flight to Vice City. Two weeks later Damian was on a plane from Vancouver to Vice City thanks to an unknown person who bought the ticket. This later turned out to be Captain Cash. When Damian got in Vice City, he started to work in Vice City at a mechanic shop. Later he learned that Captain Cash was still alive and so was Uncle Dave (although no-one knows at Uncle Dave is alive expect Gerwin and Damian). Captain Cash and Damian put aside their differences that happened the first time and both made a plan to return to Paleto Bay and restore the Bay Rebels and continue their mission to fight the syndicates.
Return to the Bay
After some time in Vice City, Damian with Captain Cash returned and resettled in Paleto Bay. As the Bay Rebels called it, they went for: 'Round Two.' Cash wanted to instil some confidence in Damian, which he still lacked. Together, they began to militarize even more for the Bay Rebels to become a real threat. They acquired a Rhino Tank, a submarine (bought from a certain German smuggler), and more military-grade gear. The Bay Rebels actively started with skirmishes on the supply lines of the syndicates on the Great Ocean Highway and Route 68, destroying drugs, weapon imports, and exports.
Against Captain Cash’s wishes Damian sought out a new ally in his cousin Alexei who resided in Sandy Shores. Together they combined their efforts and sought out Billy’s farm south of Bolingbroke Penitentiary and destroyed it.
This angered the syndicates in the city (except Alexa who abstained on anything Damian related) launched a special operation to disable the Bay Rebels. After a hard-fought battle in Paleto Bay, where approximately 22 people died (including civilians and henchmen from both sides), the battle ended in a draw, with no clear winner.
After this, Cash told Damian that they had proven their point and that they couldn't stay in Paleto Bay forever. Damian later met Captain Cash, and they concluded it was inevitable that they would die if they kept fighting. Damian had mixed feeling, because he knew that he would never return to San Andreas after this.
One day later Captain Cash and Damian flew away in their Rogue fighter planes into the sunset and later to Vice City. Cash said famously: ‘to visit an old friend’. This marks the end of Damian’s story and that of the Bay Rebels.
Return to San Andreas
In mid-2025, Damian returned to Los Santos reestablishing the Bay Rebels after the Italian Mob left Paleto Bay. (Type further)
Personality and morality
Damian Morrison is a complicated figure within the San Andreas underworld, a man whose life has been marked by trauma, familial strife, and a desire to carve out his own place in a chaotic world. Those who know Damian describe him as both vulnerable and ambitious—a man who struggles with anxiety and a stutter yet refuses to be kept down. Unlike his sister Alexa, Damian did not embrace the criminal world with ease; instead, it pulled him in, and he found himself fighting for survival and independence in the shadow of his family's legacy.
While Damian lacks the natural confidence of other crime lords, he makes up for it with resilience. Despite being exiled and forced to abandon his operations, Damian returned each time, more determined than before. He is reactive rather than proactive, often pushed into action by the threats around him rather than by a desire for power or dominance. His ambitions grew slowly—first seeking peace in Paleto Bay, then wanting a piece of the north, and eventually challenging the very syndicates that tried to control him.
Damian’s morality is complex. He is far from a saint, willing to use violence when necessary and engage in criminal activities to establish his gang, the Bay Rebels. Yet, he does not derive pleasure from cruelty. The violence he commits is often a response to betrayal or a move for survival, rather than senseless aggression. Damian’s reluctance to embrace a ruthless persona sets him apart from figures like Alexa, Jim, or Edward. He might burn down a rival’s farm, but his aim is always more about sending a message than causing needless suffering.
Damian's loyalty runs deep, especially toward those who have stood by him—like Captain Cash, his mentor and friend. Cash's influence was crucial in helping Damian build his confidence and take on a leadership role. Together, they militarized the Bay Rebels, not out of a hunger for power, but out of necessity, to defend themselves and assert their independence. Damian’s sense of loyalty also extends, albeit in a conflicted way, to his sister Alexa. He is torn between familial love and a desire to step out from under Alexa’s shadow, which keeps him in an ongoing struggle between affection and rivalry.
For Damian, the criminal world is not something he sought but something he was (kind of) forced into, and his actions reflect this reluctance. He is driven by the need to prove himself, to protect what is his, and to survive in an unforgiving landscape that is the criminal underbelly of Los Santos. Unlike other crime figures, Damian does not glorify violence; he endures it, dishes it out when needed, and ultimately seeks a way to live with himself. In his mind, his strength lies not in unchecked brutality but in his resilience, his unwillingness to be beaten down by his past. Damian Morrison is a wildcard—haunted by his demons, driven by his ambitions, and defined by his refusal to be ignored or erased in a world dominated by power-hungry syndicates.
