Hans Karel Rudolf Naumann more commonly referred to as Hans Naumann is a famed international smuggler and member of the IHA. Hans also has an unknown younger brother. Hans is married to Erika Naumann whom he has two sons with. Hans Naumann is a blond, well-groomed man with dark blue eyes, whose features align with the Aryan ideal.
Hans was born in 1980 in the town of Hof on the banks of the river Saale in the state of Bavaria, West-Germany. Hans early life was relatively peaceful; however, he was forced to join the Wiking-Jugend, an organization based on the Hitler Jugend at age of four. Hans, from a young age was raised as a National Socialist in secret by his parents and grandfather who served in the military and SS respectfully.
Nonetheless, Hans completed high school when he was 16 years old and went to complete a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in the city of München. Hiding his political views, he enlisted in the Luftwaffe in 2001 and would later get the rank of Major. With the earned money he bought an offshore hangar in northern Morocco where he would later conduct smuggler operations from. On a mission to Iraq, Hans met Tobias, a mysterious bald guy who saved Hans’s life during an ambush.
Hans was not a popular officer in the Luftwaffe. In the Luftwaffe, Hans was accused of favouritism and misusing resources. Hans was also involved in a scandal where he sold multiple planes to mercenaries for money. This let to Hans being pressured to leave the Luftwaffe.
Start of the smuggling operation
Hans left the Luftwaffe in 2014 and started a smuggling business with his friend Friedrich Maier named H.K.R.N Shipping at the hangar in Morocco. Hans partook in multiple jobs including smuggling people, weapons and narcotics people into the European Union. Hans, with his smuggler business flew over the world stealing many riches from Africa, Asia and the Americas and selling them on the black market. Hans would make a fortune with his smuggling business, earning sometimes millions per job. Hans most notable job was trying to find and steal the Ark of the Covenant which was rumoured to be in Axum (Ethiopia) in a sacred place, which he fortunately could not find.
Hans also stole a necklace from a kid in Ghana, which unfortunately leaked for Hans and spelled national outrage in Hans’s home country: Germany. This resulted in an international ban from Ghana. Hans was also put on Interpol search list in 2018 after a weapon deal had gone wrong.
Hans in the IHA (2015 – 2020)
Hans was approached by Tobias with an offer to join the International Hitman Agency which Hans gladly accepted. At the IHA, Hans joined forces with Tobias where he was responsible for large profile kidnapping and assassinations. One of Hans’ most notable jobs where his involvement in the assassination of President Hernandez of Mexico. Hans also helped supplying the weapon which was used in the assassination of Jimmy Wopo in 2018.
In 2016, Hans began a lucrative contract in Los Santos with Tobias involving the kidnapping of a daughter of a Yakuza member whose father wanted her away from ‘American influences’. On the night, Hans kidnapped the woman from a home in at 12 Sustancia Road and brought her to an abandoned warehouse where Hans would receive payment. However, the deal was interrupted by the Lost MC and left the warehouse with the money. It was later revealed that the target was found dead in the warehouse. Hans later recalled; the contract paid: “Top dollar for such a simple job”. Unbeknownst to Hans, the woman who he kidnapped was later revealed to be Jim’s wife.
In 2019, Hans was directly involved in supplying the drugs to the private jet of Jarad Higgins, also known as Juice WRLD. Unbeknownst to the Juice, Hans deliberately spiked the drugs, causing a fatal overdose that led to the Juices hospitalization. Despite medical intervention, Juice WRLD later succumbed to the poisoning. Juice WRLDs death sent shockwaves across the globe, sparking international mourning and tributes from fans and fellow musicians alike.
The Naumann Affair
In August of 2024, the criminal organisation known as the Big Four requested the services of the German smuggler because they were embargoed by the Yakuza, who were gaining influence in the city. Hans signed one of his most lucrative contracts with the Big Four getting 5% of the earnings that the Big Four made with exports after lying to the Big Four that it was his first time in Los Santos and that he needed the higher cut to afford offshore property. After arriving in Los Santos, Hans bought a safe house in Del Perro and temporarily settled there until his contract was finished with his Pussycat magazines.
Approximately two weeks after Hans Naumann began operating as the Big Four’s primary smuggler during the Yakuza embargo, the Yakuza became aware that an outside contractor was responsible for bypassing their economic pressure. Acting on this intelligence, a Yakuza cell launched a night-time raid on one of Hans’ safehouses in Los Santos. During the break-in, they stole a USB stick containing sensitive operational data related to Hans smuggling network, as well as his rare Pussycat magazine collection, the latter seemingly taken either as provocation or coincidence.
At the time of the raid, Hans was outside the safehouse, smoking a cigarette beside his Übermacht Revolter. Upon noticing masked individuals fleeing the location with stolen property, Hans immediately pursued them, initiating a high-speed chase through the city. Though the Yakuza operatives ultimately escaped, Hans was able to track the USB stick’s signal, identifying its destination as the Yakuza’s base of operations—the Facility at the Land Act Reservoir.
Despite the seriousness of the data breach, Hans dismissed the issue when confronted by Jim who scolded him for losing sensitive information that could compromise the syndicates, Hans brushed off the incident, stating that the loss was “not a big deal” and expressing confidence that the situation would resolve itself.
Several days later, Hans was informed that Billy McBardigael independently located the Land Act Reservoir facility and launched a solo assault, eliminating the Yakuza presence in San Andreas entirely. During the operation, Billy recovered the stolen USB stick, effectively bringing the Yakuza Crisis to an abrupt end and lifting the embargo on the Big Four.
The USB was later returned to Hans by Edward McHaggis. Unbeknownst to him at the time, Alexa Morrison had already copied the data contained on the device. The files revealed extensive details about Hans’ criminal dealings across multiple continents. Among the data was confirmation of Hans’ direct involvement in the contract that led to the kidnapping and death of Jim’s wife, information that had remained concealed for years. On the USB stick was also heavy encrypted data which even the best hacker could not solve. The following day, Hans received a call from Jim, requesting a meeting at the Galileo Observatory under the pretense of concluding outstanding business. Hans, wanted to concluded business quick went earlier to the Observatory to wait for Jim. When Jim arrived, he did not greet Hans with a smile, instead Jim pointed a a gold-plated action revolver at Hans and confronted him about his role in the death of his wife. Hans, as a fanatical weapon collector recognised the weapon as the Armstrong ancestral weapon.
Caught off guard, Hans reverted to psychological tactics ingrained during his upbringing in the Wiking-Jugend, deliberately presenting himself as a victim of circumstance. He claimed the operation had been “just a contract,” asserted that parts of the file were fabricated or vague, and reframed the situation as an unavoidable outcome of the criminal world. Hans then posed a dilemma to Jim: let him live, or “kill another family”, warning that vengeance would only continue the cycle of loss. The manipulation succeeded. Jim ultimately chose not to pull the trigger, sparing Hans on the explicit condition that he would never return to San Andreas. Hans did not challenge the decision. Recognizing the narrowness of his escape, he immediately packed his belongings, abandoned the compromised safehouse, and left the state without delay. In the period following the USB incident and his forced departure from San Andreas, Hans Naumann remained highly active on the international stage, exerting influence well beyond the events tied to the Big Four and the Yakuza.
Shortly after leaving the United States, Hans accepted a lucrative Russian contract that placed him directly within a high-risk geopolitical operation. Acting as both pilot and logistical coordinator, Hans personally extracted Bashar al-Assad and members of his immediate family, flying them out of the collapsing Syrian theatre and delivering them safely to Russia, where they were granted asylum. Though never officially acknowledged, it is widely rumoured within intelligence and criminal circles that this operation granted Hans direct contacts within the Kremlin, significantly elevating his standing and protection within Eastern European power structures.
In parallel with his political work, Hans continued to support high-value criminal operations across Europe. He was later linked to the theft of the Helmet of Coțofenești, stolen from the Drents Museum during a targeted art crime. While Hans did not participate directly in the theft itself, he is believed to have assisted the perpetrators with logistical planning, transport coordination, and post-theft asset movement, ensuring the artifact was quickly removed from standard recovery routes.
Return of the Smuggler
In early 2025, Hans returned to Los Santos after a lucrative opportunity from a mysterious organisation. Hans arrived at Sandy Shores Airfield on March 2 and two days later bought McKenzie Hangar for $1.500.000 in Blaine County where he started arms trafficking with a partner from the Sánchez Cartel and resuming his smuggling operation in Los Santos. Hans set his sights on a newly developed weaponized cargo aircraft from Eberhard Munitions, Hans orchestrated a complex theft in cooperation with the Sánchez Cartel, successfully stealing the precious weaponized cargo and claiming it for himself. With Hans renewed smuggling operations in full effect, drug prices across Los Santos began to drop steadily, destabilizing the underground market.
Hans return to San Andreas was not opportunistic, but deliberate. Hans had been contracted by an individual operating under the alias “The Phantom,” who tasked him with systematically disrupting the syndicates’ operations in Los Santos. Central to this objective was Marty Marcano, whose position made him a strategic pressure point. Acting under instruction, Hans sought to gain Marty’s trust before removing him from play. To achieve this, Hans employed Marty and later his associate Morgan into H.K.R.N Shipping, presenting himself as a mentor rather than an adversary. By offering legitimate work, continued flight training, and access to aviation assets, Hans cultivated Marty’s confidence while simultaneously integrating him into McKenzie Hangar operations. Once trust was established, Hans facilitated Marty’s exposure to smuggling logistics under the guise of professional development. This allowed Hans to both exploit Marty’s skills and isolate him from syndicate oversight in order to eventually kidnap him.
The abduction of Marty Marcano was executed as a planned extraction. Acting on direct instruction from the Phantom, Hans contracted several members of the Sánchez Cartel to handle the physical operation, deliberately keeping his own presence indirect. The cartel operatives were positioned outside Marty’s garment factory in La Mesa, monitoring his movements for several days until a predictable exit pattern was established. When Marty left the factory late one evening, the cartel members moved immediately. He was ambushed by masked men, forced to the ground, and a bag was pulled over his head. One of the attackers kicked Marty in the stomach, knocking the air out of him and rendering him unable to resist. Once immobilized, Marty was aggressively forced into a parked taco van, a deliberate choice made by Hans to ensure the abduction blended into the surrounding environment.
Following the abduction, the cartel transported Marty to an offshore location, pre-arranged by the Phantom and outside the syndicates’ immediate reach. Hans did not remain on site long. Upon arrival, he personally documented the successful extraction by taking a humiliating photograph of Marty, restrained and disoriented, intended as proof of completion for his employer rather than for ransom or leverage. With the task completed, Hans departed shortly afterward, returning to McKenzie Field Hangar to continue his smuggling operations and market disruption campaign, leaving Marty in the custody of the Phantom’s infrastructure. Later, Hans was informed by the Phantom that Alexa was aware of Marty’s kidnapping. Hans smirked, knowing that the first part of the contract was successful.
As drug sales continued to worsen citywide, the syndicates began searching for the cause. Acting on intelligence from Alexa pointing toward Grapeseed and McKenzie Airfield, Jim and Edward initially suspected the Alamo Hellraisers. Upon surveilling the airfield using Jim’s Terrorbyte drone, Hans Naumann was spotted working on his Duster 300H. Hans was caught off guard, however thanks to his quick instincts, he escaped without a scratch. With the syndicates aware of Hans’ presence, the next stage of Hans’ plan went into action. Hans ordered his men to take air superiority with Hans personally commanding the operation from his B-11 Strikeforce. Without much resistance, H.K.R.N destroyed cargo shipments from the syndicates, angering his opponents further.
Five days later, Hans completed the largest smuggling deal in San Andreas history, earning millions and causing narcotics prices to crash to an all-time low. It was later revealed that this operation was conducted in secret cooperation with Edward, who required funds and weaponry for his second “revolution.” On 30 March 2025, Hans and Edward met covertly at Thomson Scrapyard in the Grand Senora Desert, where Edward agreed to ensure Hans’ survival in exchange for weapons and supplies.
Hours later, Alexa tracked Hans to the Galileo Observatory and alerted Jim, who arrived with Edward to confront him. At 16:00, Hans, who anticipated their arrival. Jim aimed his pistol at Hans, who revealed his “ace in the hole”—Marty, still alive but held by Hans’ employer. As Jim prepared to fire, Edward intervened, revealing the secret weapons pact. Hans, smirking, mocked Jim by pointing out that even close allies could not be trusted, before escaping the Observatory on a waiting motorcycle.
With the second part of the contract completed, the Phantom gave his personal congratulations to Hans for succeeding his mission. The reward for the contract was between was a staggering $75 million. With the syndicates on high alert, Hans and his henchmen disbanded their operation in San Andreas and departed for the East Coast.
Three months after the conclusion of the Return of the Smuggler arc and his withdrawal from San Andreas, Hans was approached by the Alamo Hellraisers with a request to export their weapons abroad. Hans accepted the contract under a specific condition: he would deliver a man from Ghana to the Alamo Hellraisers as part of the exchange.
To avoid renewed scrutiny from syndicate observers, Hans deliberately altered his flight path and transponder data, ultimately landing a large cargo aircraft at Sandy Shores Airport with both the shipment and the individual in question. The man, known as Ted, was presented as a hostage, though he was neither restrained nor coerced. Ted identified himself as a religious priest and self-described shaman, openly preaching about what he called a “Puppetmaster who controls the state.” According to Ted, San Andreas was not governed by chance or leadership, but by unseen hands pulling strings behind the scenes.
During transport, Hans found Ted to be highly intelligent, articulate, and philosophically sharp. The two engaged in lengthy discussions about power, governance, faith, and human agency. Hans reportedly enjoyed these conversations greatly, later describing Ted’s voice as hypnotising and his beliefs as delivered with unsettling conviction. Hans recognised that Ted’s inclusion in the contract was intentional, that he was meant to be more than simple leverage.

Securing Victor’s release was built into the transaction itself, effectively turning the exchange into Victor’s way out of captivity. Hans’s interest in Victor was not paternal but strategic. To Hans, Victor represented insulation, future leverage, and a long-term asset, someone who could be shaped, tested, and potentially developed into a reliable partner over time.
When Hans completed the exchange, the Alamo Hellraisers initially believed they had secured a favourable bargain. This perception quickly deteriorated. Ted proved deeply irritating within the biker environment, persistently preaching about control, destiny, and inevitable collapse. His fixation on the “Puppetmaster,” coupled with his refusal to moderate his rhetoric, rapidly wore thin.

Ted later contacted Hans directly, informing him that before his release he had delivered what he called “the final warning” to the Hellraisers’ de facto leader, Aiden Reed, stating simply that “very bad things were coming their way.”
Present
Following the conclusion of his operations with the Hellraisers in San Andreas, Hans Naumann resumed full-scale international activity. In October 2025, Hans directly facilitated the jewellery theft at the Louvre Museum in Paris, one of the most audacious art crimes in modern European history. The operation targeted the Galerie d’Apollon, where eight historic pieces of French crown jewels, valued at approximately €88 million were stolen in a daylight raid lasting a few minutes. Hans was not present during the theft itself, but acted as the primary logistical architect, coordinating timing, security exploitation, and exfiltration planning. Utilizing his experience in rapid-strike operations, Hans allegedly arranged transport routes and post-theft asset movement, ensuring the perpetrators escaped Paris without interception and that the stolen valuables vanished into international black-market channels.
Concurrent with the Louvre operation, Hans expanded his activities into active conflict zones. He became directly involved in supplying the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan, overseeing the transport of weapons and matériel through covert air corridors and offshore staging points. It is rumoured that Hans is personally involved in the atrocities that happen in Sudan.
Despite his continued involvement in high-risk international crime, Hans has largely insulated himself from immediate danger. He is currently based in Windhoek, Namibia, where he resides with his wife Erika and their children. From there, Hans oversees his global operations remotely, enjoying a life of relative comfort and anonymity while remaining deeply embedded in international smuggling, arms trafficking, and high-value criminal logistics.
Personality / Morality
Hans Naumann is widely regarded as one of the evillest individuals to have operated within the modern criminal world, not because of a single catastrophic act, but because of the cumulative, deliberate, and systemic harm he has inflicted over decades. Hans is a ruthless opportunist who views the world as his personal domain, an open system of resources, people, and conflicts to be exploited for profit, prestige, and ego. He does not believe in moral absolutes. To him, morality is a narrative used by the weak to justify their limitations. Those who meet Hans often remark that when you look into his eyes, there is nothing there, no empathy, no warmth, only an unsettling emptiness. Hans speaks with a notably high-pitched voice with a distinct German accent and maintains an unsettlingly cheerful, almost cordial demeanour around most clients—a performative warmth that evaporates instantly when situations turn serious. Hans operates from a purely transactional worldview. Every person has a function, a price, or a breaking point. Loyalty is temporary, trust is a tool, and human life is valuable only insofar as it advances his objectives. Unlike more emotionally driven criminals, Hans does not act out of rage, desperation, or ideology. His cruelty is intentional, calculated, and detached, often executed at arm’s length through logistics, intermediaries, and systems designed to obscure his involvement.
He consistently profits from structural suffering rather than direct violence. Hans has exploited famine conditions by diverting aid, rerouting food supplies, and reselling necessities back into collapsing regions at extreme profit. He has laundered human trafficking through evacuation flights and “humanitarian” corridors, ensuring that people simply disappeared rather than died publicly. When individuals became liabilities, Hans has engineered deaths that appeared accidental, aircraft failures, maintenance oversights, or bureaucratic errors, allowing gravity and paperwork to do the killing for him.
Hans routinely supplies both sides of armed conflicts under different identities, deliberately prolonging violence to maintain profit. He has sold weapons with full knowledge they would be used against civilians, villages, and non-combatants, adjusting prices upward based on expected brutality. Cultural erasure is another tool in his repertoire; when theft was insufficient, artifacts, relics, and symbols of identity were destroyed or “lost in transit” to punish defiance and fracture resistance.
Psychological manipulation is one of Hans’ most refined skills. Raised within the Wiking-Jugend, he learned early how to weaponize victimhood, hierarchy, and moral ambiguity. When confronted, Hans reframes himself as a cog in a larger machine, forces false dilemmas onto his adversaries, and shifts guilt onto those who hesitate. His confrontation with Jim exemplified this: Hans survived not by denying his actions, but by redefining murder as inevitability and convincing Jim that killing him would only perpetuate suffering.
Hans also displays a disturbing capacity to compartmentalize. He engages in illegal big-game hunting, including rhino and elephant hunts for ivory, not out of necessity, but as an expression of dominance and entitlement. These acts mirror his broader worldview: rarity exists to be possessed, and restraint is for those without power. Despite orchestrating mass suffering, Hans is capable of calm domestic life, intellectual conversation, and even philosophical discussion. He feels no guilt, no remorse, and no internal conflict. He sleeps well.
What makes Hans particularly dangerous and morally abhorrent is that he understands the harm he causes in full clarity and proceeds regardless. He does not need justification, ideology, or belief. Where others commit atrocities and then rationalize them, Hans rationalizes first and acts second. He does not seek chaos for its own sake; he seeks control, profit, and survival, even if that requires entire regions to burn quietly in the background. In contrast to figures who commit singular, headline-defining atrocities, Hans represents enduring, normalized evil. He is the architect behind disasters rather than the face of them, the man who ensures that suffering remains profitable, deniable, and repeatable. As long as Hans Naumann remains alive and free, harm is not an accident of the world it is an outcome of his continued success.
