==== Extra context: Intervention of Jack Donovan ====
Following the assassination of Samuel Redmond, John Redmond hastily returned from Namibia to assume control of the Redmond Group. His father's death had left the organization without its leader, forcing John to abandon his efforts to secure Victor Donovan's release from Hans Naumann.
Meanwhile, Jack Donovan, Joey's FIB Handler, continued searching for a way to bring his son back to San Andreas. Victor remained in Hans's custody in Namibia, where his detention was connected to the ongoing dispute involving the Redmond family. Jack concluded that as long as John and Mátyás Redmond remained alive, Hans would have a reason to continue holding Victor. Determined to secure his son's return, Jack decided to eliminate the remaining Redmond leadership.
===== The Order to Assassinate John and Mátyás =====
Jack contacted Joey Hunt, his associate and FIB Agent, and instructed him to assassinate John and Mátyás Redmond. Joey immediately objected to the assignment. He argued that he was not a hired killer and that the proposed assassinations had nothing to do with the operations he had previously conducted for Jack. Joey regarded the dispute as a family feud and made it clear that he had no intention of becoming involved in it.
Jack refused to withdraw the order. Jack argued that securing Victor's freedom was his priority, even if it required the deaths of other members of Victor's family. Jack maintained that assassinating John and Mátyás would open up more doors then it would close.
The disagreement placed Joey in a difficult position. Although he had worked with Jack on previous assignments, the proposed operation was a personal matter rather than an ordinary investigation or criminal intelligence operation. Jack nevertheless continued to insist that the assassinations were necessary. After initially refusing, Joey reluctantly agreed to carry out the order.
==== The Consequences of Jack's Decision ====
Jack's intervention directly influenced the events that followed Samuel Redmond's death. Joey's subsequent attack against John and Mátyás near Mount Gordo was not solely the result of the Redmond Group's conflict with the Big Three. It had also been ordered by Jack Donovan as part of his egoistic efforts to secure Victor's release from Namibia. The decision ultimately resulted in the deaths of both remaining Redmond leaders, leaving the organization without Samuel or either of his sons.

=== Aftermath of Clayton's Death ===
Following Clayton Abbot's death at his salvage yard in Grapeseed, Victor Donovan immediately departed for Paleto Bay to meet with Jamie.
Victor arrived at the Bay Bar shortly afterward, where Jamie was still dealing with the events she had overheard during her final telephone conversation with Clayton.
Upon seeing each other, the two embraced. Jamie explained that she had heard the entire confrontation between Clayton and Alexa Morrison, including the gunfire that ultimately killed him. Although she had not been physically present, the telephone connection had remained active throughout the incident.
Victor then described what he had witnessed from his clubhouse across the street. He had seen the armed convoy leaving Clayton's salvage yard before discovering the aftermath of the shooting. He also informed Jamie that he had contacted the Abbot family to notify them of Clayton's death. Arrangements were being made for Clayton to be buried alongside his family.
During their conversation, Victor expressed regret over his last argument with Clayton. Following the Diamond Casino robbery, Victor had confronted him for leaving him behind during their escape. Their disagreement had remained unresolved. Victor admitted that he had wanted to reconcile with Clayton before his death. The two continued discussing the incident and the consequences of Alexa's retaliation.
==== Short flight training at Paleto Bay ====
After their conversation, Victor suggested that Jamie begin learning how to fly aircraft. Victor already possessed considerable experience with aviation through his work for Hans Naumann and his smuggling operations at McKenzie Airfield. He considered flying a useful skill for Jamie to acquire, particularly given the increasing importance of air transportation to their businesses.
The two traveled toward the beach near Paleto Bay, where an aircraft had been parked. Victor introduced Jamie to the basic controls and explained the procedures necessary for taking off, maintaining flight, and landing. Jamie initially experienced some difficulty operating the aircraft, requiring Victor to provide further instructions throughout the flight.
Despite these difficulties, she successfully flew the aircraft toward Grapeseed and landed safely at McKenzie Airfield. The lesson marked Jamie's first practical experience flying under Victor's supervision and gave her an additional skill that could prove useful in future operations.
=== (Re)union with Arthur Percy ===
| |||
Following the landing, Victor and Jamie remained at McKenzie Airfield and continued speaking near Victor's hangar. Their conversation was interrupted by the arrival of an unfamiliar vehicle. Uncertain who had approached the airfield, Victor drew his revolver and challenged the occupants to identify themselves.
A man subsequently stepped out of the vehicle. It was Arthur Percy. Victor immediately recognized him and lowered his weapon. The two approached one another and embraced, having not seen each other since their time associated with the Claymore MC. Arthur's arrival represented an unexpected reunion for Victor, whose return to San Andreas had already brought him into contact with several figures connected to his family's past. Victor then introduced Arthur to Jamie. Victor asked Arthur if they could go to his clubhouse to catch up. Arthur agreed and the three went to Victor's clubhouse.
The three settled on the couches inside the building, where Arthur and Victor began discussing their shared history with the Claymore MC. Both had been associated with the club before its eventual transformation into the Black Shuck MC. Their conversation covered several figures from that period, including Tyler Nelson, the former Vice President of the Black Shuck MC. Tyler had been a close friend of Arthur and an important figure in Victor's earlier involvement with the motorcycle club. The two briefly recalled their experiences with him before the conversation turned toward more recent events.
==== News of the Redmond Family ====
Jamie explained what had happened to Clayton Abbot, describing his death at the hands of Alexa Morrison's organization. She told Arthur that she had overheard the confrontation through her telephone connection with Clayton.
Victor confirmed that he had witnessed the aftermath of the shooting from his clubhouse across the street.
The conversation then shifted toward Victor's return to San Andreas. Victor explained that, following his release from Hans Naumann's captivity in Namibia, he had been attempting to locate his remaining family members. In particular, he had been searching for his uncles, John and Mátyás Redmond, whom he had hoped to reunite with after settling his obligations to Hans.
Arthur, however, had received information concerning their fate. He informed Victor that his uncles had died in the area surrounding Mount Gordo. After hearing Arthur's account, Victor abruptly left the clubhouse without continuing the conversation.
Victor made his way toward a nearby pier overlooking the Alamo Sea. Arthur and Jamie followed him, eventually finding him standing near the end of the pier. Arthur approached Victor and apologized for delivering the news about John and Mátyás Redmond.
Victor stated that, with Samuel, John, and Mátyás all dead, he believed he had lost his entire family within the span of only a few months. He recalled John's visit to Namibia during his captivity under Hans Naumann. According to Victor, John had assured him that the Redmond family intended to secure his release and that there would be a place for him within the family once he returned to San Andreas.
| |||
Victor had continued searching for his uncles partly because of that promise. Learning that they had died before he could reunite with them meant that the future John had described would never come to pass. Jamie remained beside Victor and attempted to comfort him. She reminded him that he still had her and that she considered herself part of his family. Although Jamie was not a Redmond by blood, her connection to the family through Beth Redmond had remained important to her.
==== Questions About the Redmond Deaths ====
After discussing his family, Victor turned back toward Arthur and asked how his uncles had died and who had been responsible. Arthur explained that Edward had informed him of their deaths near Mount Gordo, but that the exact circumstances remained unclear. He believed that either Alexa Morrison or Joey Hunt could have been responsible, although he had no confirmation implicating either of them.
Upon hearing their names, Victor declared that he wanted to go after those responsible. Arthur immediately discouraged him, warning that confronting either of the two syndicate leaders would be extremely dangerous. Both controlled powerful criminal organizations, and Victor had already become a target following the Diamond Casino robbery.
Victor nevertheless insisted on finding Joey Hunt and demanded to know where he could be located. Arthur eventually told him that Joey could be found at his auto shop in Strawberry. However, he repeated his warning that approaching Joey directly could have serious consequences. Afterwards, they split up.
=== A Visitor to Grapeseed ===
Two days after Victor Donovan's meeting with Arthur Percy and Jamie at the Alamo Sea, Victor was tending to the garden outside his house in Grapeseed. While working, he noticed a white limousine approaching the property. The vehicle stopped outside, and a man wearing a navy-blue suit stepped out.
| |||
The man approached the garden fence and asked whether he was speaking to Victor Donovan. Victor hesitantly confirmed his identity. The visitor introduced himself as Joey Hunt and explained that the two needed to meet. He then extended his hand across the fence, which Victor shook.
The arrival was unexpected. Only two days earlier, Arthur had identified Joey as one of the possible individuals responsible for the deaths of John and Mátyás Redmond. Victor had subsequently expressed his intention to confront him. Instead, Joey had arrived at Victor's home.
==== Joey's Business Proposal ====
Joey invited himself inside, where the two sat down to discuss the purpose of his visit. He explained that he wanted to offer Victor a business arrangement. Joey was aware that Victor had been searching for information about the fate of his family, particularly his grandfather, Samuel Redmond. He offered to provide information concerning the Redmond family in exchange for Victor completing a job on his behalf.
Victor questioned what the assignment would involve. Joey refused to disclose the details, explaining only that Victor would be required to transport something to another individual. He described the assignment as a 'transaction' and gave no further information about the cargo, its recipient, or the circumstances surrounding the delivery.
The lack of detail left Victor uncertain about what he was being asked to do. Nevertheless, the possibility of learning more about his family's deaths remained important to him. Despite his earlier suspicions concerning Joey's involvement, Victor eventually agreed to the arrangement. Joey informed him that he would make contact by text message when Victor was needed. With the agreement established, Joey concluded the meeting and let himself out of the house.
=== A Caribbean Job === | |||
The day after Joey Hunt's unexpected visit to Grapeseed, Victor Donovan invited Jamie and Arthur Percy to his motorcycle clubhouse. Once the three had gathered, Victor explained that Joey had personally visited his home and offered him a business arrangement.
Arthur commented that Joey and Alexa Morrison shared certain characteristics, particularly their focus on money and the financial interests of their respective organizations. Jamie initially welcomed the news of Victor's meeting with Joey. With Alexa already responsible for Clayton Abbot's death, she considered the possibility of establishing a relationship with Joey a way of avoiding another enemy within the Big Three.
However, her reaction changed when Victor revealed the terms of the arrangement. He explained that Joey had promised information about the Redmond family's fate in exchange for completing an undisclosed delivery. Victor had already accepted the offer, despite knowing almost nothing about the assignment. Jamie was taken aback by the revelation, although she did not openly display the extent of her reaction.
She warned Victor against trusting Joey and questioned whether he would honor his side of the agreement. In particular, she doubted that Joey would necessarily provide the promised information once the job had been completed. Victor nevertheless remained committed to the arrangement, hoping it would bring him closer to understanding what had happened to his family.
Arthur eventually shifted the conversation toward a separate business opportunity. He informed Jamie and Victor that he had a job in mind and wanted their assistance. However, he explained that he could not properly describe the operation at the clubhouse and would instead have to show them what he was planning.
Both Jamie and Victor were interested in earning additional money, particularly following Clayton's death and the disruption to their businesses. They agreed to accompany Arthur. The three subsequently departed Grapeseed and traveled north toward Procopio Beach. After arriving, Arthur led Jamie and Victor along the shoreline. During the walk, Victor noticed a large submarine positioned offshore. Arthur directed them toward the vessel, and the three boarded it.
==== The Cayo Perico Operation ====
Once aboard the submarine, Arthur revealed the purpose of the meeting. He was preparing a robbery targeting Cayo Perico and required additional personnel to carry out the operation.
Arthur explained that the job had an existing history and had previously been scouted by several individuals. Those involved in the earlier reconnaissance included Billy McBardigael, Damian Morrison, and an Italian kid,
The earlier reconnaissance had provided Arthur with information about the island and the potential opportunities for a robbery. These oppertunities included a panther statue covered in jems and a whole lot of gold bars. Arthur intended to use that groundwork to organize a new operation with Jamie and Victor.
Arthur intended to infiltrate the private compound of Juan Strickler, better known as El Rubio, through an underwater drainage tunnel. The entrance would allow the group to bypass the island's main checkpoints and reach the compound without approaching its heavily guarded gates.
Once inside, the three would locate and steal the valuables stored within the compound before escaping into the surrounding waters. Arthur planned for them to swim away from the island and eventually be pick up by an associate rather than stealing an aircraft or a boat.
Jamie questioned why Arthur had chosen to involve them rather than seek assistance from the other members of the Big Three. Arthur explained that Joey Hunt and Alexa Morrison already possessed considerable wealth and had little immediate need for the money. Jamie and Victor agreed to the proposed approach, and the three began preparing for the operation.
==== Preparations for the Heist ====
Over the following days, Arthur, Jamie, and Victor carried out several assignments to obtain the equipment necessary for the robbery.
Among their first objectives was acquiring sonar equipment, which would assist them in approaching Cayo Perico by submarine. They also obtained a fingerprint scanner needed to bypass the security systems protecting the compound's basement. Cutting torches were secured to allow access through the underwater drainage tunnel, while a plasma cutter was acquired to penetrate the reinforced glass protecting the primary target: a valuable panther statue.
In addition, the group obtained firearms fitted with suppressors, intending to minimize the attention attracted during their infiltration. The three also carried out operations targeting El Rubio's weapons and armor supplies. By disrupting these shipments before the robbery, they hoped to reduce the equipment available to the compound's security personnel. With the necessary equipment acquired and the supply disruptions completed, Arthur confirmed that preparations for the heist were finished. Arthur would get 60% of the cut, while Jamie and Victor each would get 20%.
==== The Raid on Cayo Perico ====
| |||
Once everything was ready, Arthur, Jamie, and Victor departed San Andreas aboard the submarine and traveled to Cayo Perico, a privately controlled island in the Caribbean.
Upon reaching the island, the three equipped scuba gear and entered the water. They approached the compound from below, locating the drainage tunnel that Arthur had identified during the planning stage.
Using their cutting equipment, the group gained access through the tunnel and emerged inside the compound. Despite their efforts to remain undetected, the three were eventually spotted by El Rubio's security personnel. The infiltration subsequently developed into an armed confrontation. Arthur, Jamie, and Victor fought their way through the compound while continuing toward the valuables they had come to steal. In the compound, Victor found a golden gun, a German looking firearm, which he kept for himself.
They eventually reached the secured area containing the panther statue. Using the equipment obtained during their preparations, they bypassed the security measures and recovered the statue. The group also collected a substantial quantity of gold from the compound. With their objectives secured, the three made their way out of the compound and escaped into the surrounding waters, following Arthur's original plan to leave the island by swimming.
| |||
Despite the security response, all three successfully escaped Cayo Perico with the stolen valuables. The operation ultimately yielded approximately $3,000,000 in stolen valuables, making it the most profitable robbery Jamie and Victor had participated in since establishing themselves in Blaine County. The successful heist also strengthened their working relationship with Arthur Percy. Unlike the Diamond Casino robbery, during which Victor had been left behind, all three participants escaped Cayo Perico together.
The successful operation provided Jamie and Victor with additional financial resources, but it did not resolve the threats facing them in San Andreas. Alexa Morrison's retaliation remained a concern, while Victor was still awaiting further instructions from Joey Hunt regarding the job and the promised information about his family.
=== Joey's Job === | |||
A week after returning from the Cayo Perico heist, Victor Donovan finally received the text message he had been expecting from Joey Hunt.
At the time, Victor was still in the company of Arthur Percy. Upon receiving the message, he informed Arthur that Joey had contacted him regarding the job they had previously discussed.
Arthur agreed to drive Victor to Joey's auto shop in Strawberry, where the meeting was scheduled to take place. Upon arriving, Victor told Arthur that he would keep him informed about the situation and any developments concerning Joey's assignment. Victor then entered the auto shop alone.
As Victor stepped inside, Joey was already observing him from an elevated position within the building. Before discussing business, Joey remarked that Victor looked a lot like his father. The comment caught Victor's attention. He asked Joey whether he had known Jack Donovan.
Joey confirmed that he had, describing Jack as a regular customer of his auto shop and a particularly poor driver. Victor responded by criticizing his father. He explained that Jack had prevented him from maintaining contact with his Redmond relatives and had been largely absent during an important period of his life. Joey listened to Victor's complaints before eventually redirecting the conversation toward the purpose of their meeting.
==== A Lost Recipe ==== | |||
Joey explained that he needed Victor's assistance recovering what he referred to as a recipe. According to Joey, the recipe had been entrusted to an individual who subsequently betrayed him and became involved with the International Affairs Agency (IAA).
Joey wanted the individual located and interrogated to determine where the recipe was being held. He explained that the operation would require Victor to infiltrate an IAA facility, locate the person responsible, and obtain the information necessary to recover the missing material.
Joey divided the assignment into three stages. First, they would need to identify the location of the IAA facility holding the individual. Second, they would have to obtain a security pass granting access to the installation. Finally, Victor would carry out the operation itself, locating and interrogating the individual until the whereabouts of the recipe were revealed.
Victor questioned what the recipe actually contained and why Joey considered it important enough to justify an operation against a federal intelligence agency. Joey dismissed the question, explaining that the contents were not important to Victor's role in the assignment.
===== The Hidden Purpose of the Recipe =====
Unknown to Victor, Joey's description of the material as a recipe was deliberately misleading. The object of the operation was not a conventional recipe but a collection of sensitive files concerning Alexa Morrison. The information was being sought by Jack Donovan, Victor's father and Joey's FIB handler. Jack Donovan was preparing an arrest warrant to get Alexa Morrison in custody and this information would be crucial.
===== Locating the IAA Facility =====
Following their meeting at Joey Hunt's auto shop in Strawberry, Joey and Victor Donovan immediately began preparing for the operation to recover the missing recipe.
Their first objective was to locate the International Affairs Agency facility where Joey believed the individual responsible for the theft was being held.
Joey identified a Los Santos Department of Water and Power (LSDWP) substation as a possible source of information. The facility contained schematics of the city's underground subway network, which could help them identify concealed entrances and restricted sections.
The two traveled to the substation and encountered armed resistance while attempting to retrieve the documents. After fighting their way through the facility, they successfully obtained the schematics and departed. Using the information, Joey and Victor proceeded to an entrance to the Los Santos subway system.
Once underground, they followed the tunnels toward the central junctions identified in the documents. The two briefly separated to search different sections of the network for a concealed entrance. During his search, Victor noticed a secured door fitted with a surveillance camera and electronic keypad. He immediately contacted Joey and informed him of the discovery.
Joey joined Victor at the location and confirmed that the door appeared to be the entrance they had been searching for. He complimented Victor on his observation, acknowledging that he had located the concealed access point. Having established the facility's location, the two withdrew from the subway system.
===== Getting the IAA security pass =====
| |||
With the entrance identified, Joey moved on to the second stage of the assignment: obtaining a security pass that would allow them to enter the IAA installation.
Joey informed Victor that at the moment they were speaking a corrupt IAA agent was using McKenzie Airfield to conduct unauthorized business with members of the Triads. The revelation caught Victor's attention, as the airfield was central to his own smuggling operations and had previously been made available to him through Hans Naumann.
Joey explained that the agent's activities at McKenzie were among the reasons he had wanted Victor involved in the assignment. The two subsequently traveled toward the airfield in a modified Speedo Custom equipped with a mounted minigun. Upon arriving, they encountered the IAA agent and several Triad associates conducting their business. Joey and Victor launched an armed attack, using the Speedo's mounted weapon against the men gathered at the airfield. The confrontation resulted in the deaths of the corrupt IAA agent and the Triad members present.
After the gunfire ended, Joey and Victor searched the agent's body and recovered his security pass. With the necessary access credentials secured, they departed McKenzie Airfield and returned to Joey's auto shop in Strawberry.
===== Arthur's Suspicions =====
Throughout the preparations, Victor remained in contact with Arthur Percy, honoring his earlier promise to keep him informed about Joey's assignment.
Victor shared details of their progress, including the discovery of the IAA facility and Joey's efforts to recover the supposed recipe. Arthur became suspicious when Victor explained that the IAA had obtained the material. He questioned why a federal intelligence agency would be interested in an ordinary recipe, suggesting that Joey's description of the objective did not adequately explain the operation.
Victor, however, had not been told what the recipe contained and was unable to provide Arthur with further clarification. Despite Arthur's concerns, Victor continued with the assignment.
==== Infiltration of the IAA Facility ====
With the preparations completed, Joey and Victor returned to the subway network through Pillbox North Station. They made their way toward the concealed security door that Victor had discovered during their earlier reconnaissance. Using the stolen IAA security pass, the two gained access to the restricted facility.
| |||
Their entry was soon detected by heavily armed IAA personnel, who activated the facility's alarms and attempted to prevent them from advancing. A firefight erupted as Joey and Victor fought their way through the installation. Despite the resistance, they continued toward the upper levels, eventually reaching the interrogation room where their target was being held.
Once inside, the two confronted the individual Joey had accused of betraying him. Joey made a call to an unknown number and told him that he found the man responsible for stealing the recipe. After hanging up the unknown caller, they interrogated the man and demanded to know where the recipe had been hidden. After continued questioning, the target eventually disclosed its location. He wrote the information on a piece of paper, identifying a site on Elysian Island as the place where the material could be recovered. With the location secured, Joey and Victor left the interrogation room and fought their way back through the facility. They eventually escaped the remaining IAA personnel and returned to the surface.
===== Recovering the Recipe =====
Following their escape, Joey and Victor traveled to Elysian Island to retrieve the material. Using the information obtained during the interrogation, they searched the designated area until Joey identified a suspicious pile of sand. Joey began digging and eventually uncovered a buried box. Inside was the material he had been seeking.
| |||
Victor was not permitted to examine the contents and therefore remained unaware of what the supposed recipe actually looked like. In reality, the recovered material consisted of sensitive files concerning Alexa Morrison, which Joey had been attempting to obtain for Jack Donovan. With the box secured, Joey declared the assignment completed.
===== Payment ===== | |||
Following the successful recovery, Joey paid Victor $50,000 for his assistance. The payment represented a meager reward for the operation, which had involved infiltrating a federal intelligence facility, killing a corrupt IAA agent, and recovering the concealed material from Elysian Island. However, the information would be much more valuable than the money.
Victor subsequently accompanied Joey to his mansion in Rockford Hills. Although Victor had completed the assignment as instructed, the original reason for accepting Joey's offer remained unresolved. Joey had promised him information concerning the fate of the Redmond family, particularly his grandfather Samuel.
=== The Truth About Samuel Redmond's Death ===
Following the completion of Joey Hunt's assignment, Joey and Victor Donovan arrived at Joey's mansion in Rockford Hills. The two walked toward a railing overlooking Los Santos, where Joey began explaining what he knew about the death of Victor's grandfather, Samuel Redmond. Joey initially confirmed that Alexa Morrison had been responsible for Samuel's death.
Victor was disappointed by the answer. He had already suspected Alexa's involvement, and the information appeared to offer little that he could not have discovered himself. Believing that the entire assignment had resulted in confirmation of something he already knew, Victor prepared to leave.
Before he could walk away, Joey stopped him and explained that there was more to the story. Joey revealed that Jamie Evans had been the person who personally killed Samuel Redmond. To support his account, Joey produced the .50 Pistol that Jamie had used to shoot Samuel at the Grapeseed bunker. Joey had obtained the weapon from Alexa, who had previously shown it to him. Afterwards, Joey stole the gun for evidence.
Joey then explained the circumstances surrounding the killing. Alexa had placed Jamie under pressure and forced her to choose between her own life and Samuel's. According to Joey, Jamie had been ordered to kill Samuel or face death herself. The revelation established that while Alexa had orchestrated Samuel's murder, Jamie had carried it out.
==== Victor's Reaction ====
Victor struggled to process what Joey had told him. Jamie had been one of his closest associates since his return from Namibia. They had worked together on numerous operations, developed businesses across Blaine County, and supported one another following Clayton Abbot's death. More recently, Jamie had comforted Victor at the Alamo Sea after Arthur Percy revealed that John and Mátyás Redmond were dead. During that conversation, Jamie had assured Victor that he still had family through her.
Victor now learned that she had concealed her involvement in Samuel's death throughout their time together. He became increasingly angry, accusing Jamie of lying to him and betraying the Redmond family. Victor also began questioning the nature of their relationship. He concluded that Jamie had used his assistance to expand her own businesses while withholding the truth about his grandfather's murder.
He further blamed Jamie for the deaths of John and Mátyás, connecting Samuel's murder to the subsequent collapse of the Redmond family's leadership. Although Joey had not established that Jamie was directly responsible for his uncles' deaths, Victor held her accountable for the events that had followed Samuel's killing. His anger eventually developed into an explicit threat. Victor declared that Jamie needed to die for what she had done to the Redmond family and to him personally.
Despite having provided the information that provoked Victor's reaction, Joey did not encourage him to act immediately. As Victor prepared to leave the mansion, Joey advised him to consider everything he had learned and make a rational decision.
He also urged Victor to keep the words of his uncle Mátyás in mind. Victor listened but gave no indication that he had reconsidered his position. He replied that he would “make the right choice” before leaving the property. Joey remained at the mansion, having fulfilled his promise to provide information about Samuel's death in exchange for Victor's assistance.
==== Arthur's Conversation with Victor ====
Outside the mansion, Arthur Percy was already waiting for Victor. Victor entered Arthur's vehicle and immediately explained what Joey had revealed. He told Arthur that Jamie had killed Samuel Redmond and that Joey had shown him the pistol used in the murder.
Victor also described his reaction to the revelation and his belief that Jamie had betrayed him for personal gain. He insisted that Joey had been honest with him and was not attempting to deceive him. Arthur listened to Victor's account and, recognizing how angry he remained, advised him against making an impulsive decision.
Like Joey, Arthur urged Victor to consider the consequences and make a rational choice about how to deal with Jamie. Victor, however, remained focused on the betrayal and continued to express his anger over Jamie's actions.
===== Questions About the Recipe =====
After discussing Jamie's involvement in Samuel's death, Victor and Arthur turned their attention to the assignment he had completed for Joey.
Victor explained the operation in greater detail, including their infiltration of the IAA facility, the interrogation of the detained individual, and the recovery of the supposed recipe from Elysian Island. Arthur returned to the suspicions he had expressed during the preparations.
He pointed out that the IAA was not an organization that ordinarily dealt in drug recipes. Its involvement suggested that the material Joey had recovered was something other than what he had described to Victor. Arthur questioned the true purpose of the assignment and what Joey might have obtained from the buried box.
Victor had little information to offer. Joey had refused to explain the contents of the recipe, and Victor had never been allowed to examine the recovered material. More importantly, Victor was still preoccupied with what he had learned about Jamie. Although both Joey and Arthur had urged restraint, Victor had made his intentions clear. His next decision threatened to bring the relationship between the surviving members of the Redmond family to a violent conclusion.

The First Biker War
After weeks of being held captive and tortured, Marty Marcano returned to Los Santos. Even though the trauma still affected him, he quickly began rebuilding his life. His bar in Pillbox Hill, once a quiet place for small deals and music, was full of life again. That evening, Marty called Morgan, an old friend, to catch up over drinks. When Morgan arrived, something was off. He ordered a bourbon, sat down, and started talking about strange visions he had been seeing since trying a recent batch of acid. He kept seeing a man with a dirty, curly moustache and a crooked smile. He didn’t know who the man was but said he always showed up in places connected to violence. This man was Ron Milliken, but nobody knew that yet.
Marty brushed it off at first, thinking Morgan was just paranoid from the drugs. Later that day, Marty told Morgan he had to pick up a friend from the airport and asked him to come along. They took Marty’s new Moonbeam Custom van, a brownish party van with top-tier speakers and neon lights. As they cruised down the highway, the van bumped with heavy bass—Marty was clearly back in business.
At the airport, the friend turned out to be Damian Morrison. Marty waved him over and the two hugged. Damian, calm but still carrying his past, got into the van. Morgan nodded in greeting. They drove back to the bar, sharing stories and laughs. Damian didn’t say much, but he listened closely. He later said he was moving back into his old apartment on South Bay City Avenue. Marty understood that Damian needed space, but knew things in Los Santos were about to change.
The next morning, the three of them sat in a booth at the bar, drinking coffee instead of alcohol. Damian talked about his time in Vice City and how the space gave him time to think. “I came back,” he said, “because my story wasn’t finished.” Morgan kept drifting in and out, still talking about his visions. Neither Marty nor Damian fully believed him, but they didn’t ignore him either. Marty then took them outside to show off his mobile acid lab—his so-called "construction van." He explained how he and Morgan had taken over the acid market using it, selling across Blaine County and parts of Los Santos. Damian was impressed. Even Morgan smiled, though he still seemed distant.
On a whim, they decided to drive to the Yellowjack Bar. Marty drove, Damian sat in the passenger seat, and Morgan relaxed in the back on top of a crate of product. But before they finished their first drink, Morgan froze. He turned pale and ran outside without saying a word. Marty and Damian followed him. Outside, they found Morgan talking to no one. “He’s here,” he said. “He’s right here. Don’t you see him?” Marty tried to calm him down. Damian told him to relax. But then they heard footsteps—crunching gravel. Merryweather soldiers came out of the trees, armed and ready.
A gunfight broke out behind the Yellowjack. Marty and Damian fired back, while Morgan hid behind the van, clutching his head. Eventually, the mercenaries retreated. The group jumped into the Moonbeam and headed back toward the city. But more Merryweather vehicles chased them on the highway. Damian shot from the back while Marty swerved through traffic.
They finally lost them by hiding in the tunnels under La Mesa. There, Morgan broke down. “I didn’t sign up for this!” he yelled. “Acid labs, ghosts, and mercenaries?! I’m done!” Marty tried to explain, but Morgan didn’t listen. A week later, Marty got a surprise call from Billy McBardigael. Billy had returned under strange circumstances and now worked out of an office at the Arcadius Business Center. Marty brought Morgan and Damian with him to the meeting. Billy, looking younger than before, stood to greet Marty. It was their first time seeing each other since Billy came back. They shared a quick, awkward hug.
Billy looked at Morgan dead in the eyes. Billy did not like the vibe of Morgan and proceeded to insult him. Morgan stayed quiet, lost in his own world. Billy then looked at Damian but didn’t say much. Damian, sensing the tension, left shortly after. Billy didn’t share much information, but his presence reminded Marty that old stories weren’t over. On May 3rd, Marty got a call from Damian in the middle of the night. Damian asked to come by the bar. When he arrived, he said he needed help moving his things to Paleto Bay. By sunrise, they were packing up Damian’s stuff into Marty’s van.
During the drive, Damian opened. He said Vice City gave him space to think, but he kept coming back to Los Santos. “It’s not finished,” he said. “My story. The mess we started.” He mentioned that with Edward gone, the city was without control. He didn’t want to rule but wanted to build something different—a safe place, not a gang.
When they reached Paleto Bay, they stopped at the Bay Rebels bar. Sindy, the ex-wife of Uncle Dave and Captain Cash, was still running the place and welcomed Damian back. Just then, a man with long hair and a goatee stepped out of a vehicle. He introduced himself as Arthur Percy and asked if the bar was open. Damian let him in. Inside, the three of them toasted to the bar’s reopening.
In the meeting room, Arthur said he used to be Claymore’s mechanic and had crossed paths with the Bay Rebels. Damian told him he used to lead the Bay Rebels and that the bad blood was over. They shook hands and agreed to stay out of each other’s way.
After the meeting, Marty pulled Arthur aside and asked if he wanted to learn the acid business. Arthur agreed. Later, Arthur went to the new bar owned by Black Shuck MC and talked to Tyler Nelson, the Vice President. Arthur told him about Damian and Marty. Tyler said they could work with Damian but needed to keep an eye on Marty’s acid trade. In the days that followed, Marty showed Arthur the full acid setup—how the lab worked, where the supplies came from, and how he used to run the business with Morgan. Marty offered Arthur a role in rebuilding the acid empire. Arthur didn’t say yes or no but kept taking notes.
Eventually, after a few weeks, they met with Marty and told him that the cooperation was off. They had decided to run the acid business on their own and basically pushed Marty out of the game, as Black Shuck could protect their deliveries better than Marty and had more men to sell acid. After Black Shuck MC cut Marty out of the acid business he had built, the loss hit him harder than he expected. The acid operation had been his attempt at rebuilding control after captivity, torture, and humiliation. Being pushed aside and outmatched in manpower and protection left him furious and sad. With nowhere else to turn, Marty went to girlfriend Alexa.
Alexa listened to Marty’s plea for revenge. Wanting to assess the situation herself, she drove Marty and herself to the Black Shuck MC clubhouse under the pretense of mediation. Alexa urged Marty to confront Black Shuck with what happened. However, when Alexa got out of her car Marty got scared and drove away, leaving Alexa standing in front of the clubhouse. At the last second, Marty away from the property and drove him alone back into the city,
Days later, Alexa took a more direct approach. She arranged a meeting with Arthur Percy, persuading him to step into one of her company vehicles under the guise of business. During the drive, Alexa recognized Arthur’s growing influence and raw potential in Los Santos. The two spoke openly about their pasts, their ambitions, and the instability spreading through the city. By the time the ride ended, they exchanged phone numbers and discussed the possibility of a future alliance.
Around the same time, a mechanic named Joey Hunt settled in Strawberry. One night, he was attacked by gang members from Strawberry. Rather than retaliate alone, Joey approached Black Shuck MC for help. Arthur and Tyler Nelson brought him to the clubhouse, where Tyler led a sort of interrogation. Joey claimed he was former Navy SEALs and that he had successfully fought off the attackers. Arthur doubted his story, however Tyler insisted they helped a fellow businessman. Joey asked Black Shuck to take revenge on the gang members that attacked his auto shop. Black Shuck MC agreed.
The retaliation against the Rancho gang was swift and successful. Afterward, phone numbers were exchanged, and Joey slowly began integrating himself into Black Shuck’s orbit. Over the following weeks, trust grew, carefully, but steadily. Eventually, Joey proposed something far more ambitious: a robbery of the Union Depository. Arthur, already seeing the dollar signs and the expansion opportunity agreed to Joey proposal.
Preparation took weeks. Joey handled most of the planning and prepping, with Black Shuck assisting only where necessary. When the robbery finally happened, it succeeded successfully. An estimated $15,000,000 was stolen. Joey took $10,000,000, with the rest divided among Black Shuck MC. The heist made national news, drawing the attention of criminals and law enforcement alike. Flush with cash, Black Shuck MC expanded quickly. They opened a cocaine lockup and a counterfeit-cash factory at Edward’s old business locations cementing their position at the Los Santos docks. However, their archenemies: the Hellraisers still bothered them. Arthur, with their new power discussed with Tyler to scout Hellraisers operation and eventually eradicate them.
Arthur Percy and Tyler Nelson began scouting Hellraiser operations near the Alamo Sea. What they found shocked them: a heavily armed operation guarded by men wielding miniguns. Rather than retreat, they struck. The operation was destroyed, significantly weakening the Hellraisers. The response was brutal. The Hellraisers retaliated by attacking Black Shuck’s territory, killing civilians and searching for Arthur and Tyler. They found neither. The violence escalated into open war. This would be known as The First Biker War.
Seeking revenge, Tyler later scouted Hellraiser activity in Grapeseed. Hours passed without word. Then Arthur received a call from an unknown number. On the line was Aiden, who informed him that Tyler had been kidnapped. Aiden demanded a meeting at McKenzie Airfield. Arthur arrived at night with several bikers. Aiden arrived with even more. The confrontation was tense. Aiden demanded that Black Shuck MC disband and that Arthur “run back to Edward.” Arthur refused. Aiden answered by shooting Tyler in the stomach.
A firefight erupted at the hangar. Aiden escaped with some of his men. Tyler bled out and died from his injuries. Two days later, he was buried beneath the letter N of the Vinewood sign, laid to rest in a black casket. Tyler’s death changed everything. Arthur knew he could not survive in Los Santos alone.
He went to Joey Hunt, who had recently purchased Jim’s former nightclub, The Palace. There, Arthur and Joey were joined by Giuseppe Marcano, who expressed interest in speaking privately. In Joey’s office, Giuseppe explained the history of the old Big Four and argued that Los Santos required a new one for stability. Arthur and Joey agreed, however Giuseppe’s advice was clear: Alexa had to be involved in the alliance, or it would fail.
A few days later, Arthur called Alexa. She proposed a meeting at the Kortz Center. Unbeknownst to her, Arthur also invited Joey. At the meeting, Alexa confronted Arthur about Joey’s presence. Arthur explained that the Hellraisers had killed Tyler and that he needed her help to eliminate their leadership. Alexa revealed she had a non-aggression pact with the Hellraisers and hesitated to break it. Joey reminded her of Arthur’s financial value. Reluctantly, Alexa agreed on the condition that she remained cautious of Joey’s intentions.
Arthur also told her about Giuseppe’s proposal and Billy’s return from retirement. Alexa, knowing she would eventually need strong partners for her own long-term plans, agreed to the formation of a new Big Three, but only after the Hellraisers were dealt with. The next morning, the four met in Alexa’s office at Maze Bank Tower.
The plan was simple: eliminate Aiden, the de facto leader of the Hellraisers. Arthur insisted on doing it himself. The second discussion concerned the new Big Four. Billy demanded trust and friendship. Alexa demanded no scheming or backstabbing. All agreed. After the meeting, Alexa privately interrogated Joey about his background and motives. His answers were vague, especially regarding his claimed SEALs history. Alexa remained unconvinced but allowed him to leave. Days later, Alexa and Arthur finalized the trap.
Alexa called Aiden in Arthur’s presence, proposing a meeting at the Paleto Bay lumberyard to discuss a three-party alliance involving the Bay Rebels. Aiden agreed and drove there immediately, calling Caroline along the way, unaware she was distracted and barely listening. At the lumberyard, Aiden sensed something was wrong. Damian was absent. Instead, Arthur waited at a distance with a sniper rifle. When Aiden realized the setup, he fled. A chase followed. Aiden crashed his vehicle into rocks. Arthur ended it. He shot Aiden point-blank. With Aiden’s death, the Alamo Hellraisers collapsed. The First Biker War was over.
The Last Paleto Crisis
Two weeks after Aiden Reed was killed by Arthur Percy, stability gradually returned to Blaine County. The Alamo Hellraisers fractured in the aftermath. A portion of their members integrated into Black Shuck MC, while others fled or attempted to keep the Alamo Hellraisers alive in a diminished and increasingly disorganized state.
Marty Marcano travelled to Paleto Bay to seek Damian Morrison’s assistance with a job proposed by Billy McBardigael. Damian, attempting to repair his strained relationship with Billy, agreed to participate. Marty and Damian met Billy aboard his submarine, which was stationed off the coast of Chumash.
Billy outlined the operation directly. He intended to smuggle narcotics onto Cayo Perico for El Rubio. Billy issued a clear warning to Damian, stating that if the drugs were stolen, he would personally bury Damian alive in concrete at one of his construction sites. Damian dismissed the threat and accepted Billy’s offer, agreeing to assist with the smuggling operation.
Damian suggested that Arthur Percy be included to provide additional manpower. Billy reluctantly agreed. The group travelled to Arthur’s clubhouse, where Billy met him for the first time. Billy openly expressed his disdain, calling Arthur a fool and referring to Arthur as a poor imitation of Edward McHaggis. Despite his reservations, Billy allowed Arthur to join. Marty, Damian, Arthur, and Billy then departed together for Cayo Perico in the Caribbean.
The drug delivery was completed successfully, with the narcotics handed directly to El Rubio. Following the transaction, the group was invited to attend a private beach party on the island.
During the event, Billy received urgent news regarding an emergency at one of his construction sites in Los Santos and was forced to return immediately. In Billy’s absence, Marty became involved with one of the women at the party and later slept with her on the beach at night. Damian and Arthur remained detached from the festivities, using the time to discuss business matters instead.
Unbeknownst to Marty, one of Alexa Morrison’s informants stationed on Cayo Perico identified Marty, Damian, and Arthur and immediately relayed the information to Alexa. After the party concluded, Marty, Damian, and Arthur departed Cayo Perico and returned to Los Santos International Airport. Upon landing the following day, the three separated and went their own ways.
Marty proceeded directly to the Diamond Casino penthouse to meet Alexa. At the penthouse, Alexa was visibly displeased by Marty’s presence. She confronted Marty with what she knew about Cayo Perico and his actions there. Alexa ended their relationship without negotiation. Marty attempted to justify himself and salvage the relationship, but Alexa refused to listen. She warned Marty to stay away from her business interests and explicitly forbade him from working with Damian Morrison in any capacity. She then instructed her security team to aggressively remove Marty from the penthouse. As he was dragged out, Alexa looked Marty dead in the eyes remained behind, drinking vodka and smirking as Marty was dragged away.
In early November, Edward returned to San Andreas after the collapse of his independent state in Scotland. His attempt to establish control of Scotland initially ended in a success with Edward crowning himself Edward I of Scotland during what is now called the Second Scottish Revolution. However, after a couple of months, Scotland was defeated after intervention by UK and NATO forces, forcing Edward to flee Scotland and return to San Andreas.
Upon arriving in Los Santos, Edward’s first action was to meet with Arthur Percy, who had emerged as one of the new members of the Big Three. The two reached a mutual understanding. Arthur retained direct control over his motor club, while Edward assumed Arthur’s seat at the Big Three table. This arrangement effectively split power between them, preventing internal conflict and establishing a unified two-man bloc controlling the southern part of the city.
In early December of 2025, Damian’s Russian cousin Alexei returned to Los Santos after fleeing the Russian regime. Damian welcomed Alexei at the Bay Bar, offering him a drink as the two reconnected. They spoke at length about everything that had transpired during their time apart. Damian expressed genuine relief at Alexei’s return and made it clear that he intended to support his cousin and involve him in his operations going forward.
During their conversation, Damian revealed that he had been planning a major operation: a Diamond Casino heist. He described it as one final score, intended not only for profit but to send a clear message to the syndicates operating in Los Santos. Damian proposed that Alexei take part in the heist alongside him.
Several days later, Joey Hunt, a member of the syndicates, arrived at the Bay Bar to meet with Damian, Alexei, and the Bay Rebels. Joey delivered a warning: they were on borrowed time, and the Big Three (specially Alexa) were preparing to make a move to eliminate them. He explained that he had begun to distance himself from the syndicates and offered to help the Bay Rebels buy time.
Joey elaborated on his past, stating that during his time working under Jim, he had strongly disapproved of Damian’s torture prior. He believed Damian had been treated unfairly and had taken the worst of the consequences. Joey saw an opportunity in aligning with Damian and considered this a chance to correct past wrongs and to make money off the situation.
Damian then shared details of the planned Diamond Casino heist with Joey. Intrigued, Joey offered his assistance, framing it as repayment for the time he was helping them secure. Alexei expressed clear opposition to involving Joey in the plan, questioning his loyalty and motives. Despite this, Damian insisted on Joey’s inclusion, arguing that they needed allies and that Joey was their only viable option at the time.
To secure funding for the heist, Joey insisted that they address the increasing cartel activity centered around the Clucking Bell factory, which had begun to interfere with Bay Rebels operations. Damian agreed to the proposal. Over the course of two days, Damian, Alexei, and Joey conducted reconnaissance on the site before launching a coordinated assault. The operation resulted in the complete dismantling of the cartel presence at the factory.
Unbeknownst to Joey, this operation also served as a test orchestrated by Damian. He used the mission to evaluate Joey’s reliability and determine whether he could be trusted under pressure. Joey remained loyal throughout, proving himself in combat and decision-making. By the end of the operation, the Bay Rebels were confident that Joey was not going to betray them.

With both funding and trust established, Damian and Alexei brought Joey deeper into their plans and revealed the full outline of the Diamond Casino heist. Drawing from his background which was unbeknownst to Damian, Joey suggested that the operation be executed as a con rather than a direct assault. Alexei contributed by proposing entry through a maintenance access point, noting that his status as an immigrant would make the role more believable and less suspicious.
With all three in agreement on the approach, they began preparations by sourcing the necessary weapons and equipment for the job. Over the course of a few weeks, Damian, Alexei and Joey prepared for the heist, getting weapons, getaway vehicles and more. On the mask issue, they agreed that the theme for the masks would be fruit.
Damian Morrison, Alexei, and Joey Hunt successfully infiltrated the Diamond Casino, stole a large sum of cash, and escaped without being caught. The heist provided the Bay Rebels with much-needed funds before final Damian's departure from San Andreas.
Shortly after the heist, Marty Marcano visited Damian, inviting him to spend some time together before he left. Although Damian explained he was preparing to leave the state, Marty insisted on making the most of the remaining time and took him to the Vanilla Unicorn despite Damian's concerns about the risks. The two enjoyed one last night out before Marty drove Damian to the airport, where Alexei was waiting. Together, Damian and Alexei boarded a plane and departed for Vice City, leaving Paleto Bay behind.
Shadow from the Past: Part I
On 15th of February, far from the quiet tension of Paleto Bay. Marty Marcano, owner of the Darnell Brothers Factory, was working late when his operation was interrupted. A group of masked men forced their way inside, led by an older man named Samuel Redmond. Samuel Redmond was known as a former professor, who worked at the USLA and specialised in labor laws. Underneath the surface, Samuel was head of the Redmond Group, the unofficial successor to the M.A.N. Agency. Samuel laid out a series of accusations against Marty, including violations of labor laws, underpayment of Filipino workers and forcing them into harsh, exploitative conditions. Marty was trying to deny the accussations, but with the masked men surrounding him, he was unable to defend himself. Samuel presented Marty with a document to transfer the property and everything in it in exchange for avoiding exposure and legal ruin, Marty was threatened to sign over the Darnell Brothers Factory to the Redmond Group.
Marty immediately refused. This did not please Samuel, who ordered the masked men to raise their weapons and point it at Marty, forcing him to sign the contract. Under pressure, Marty signed the contract. After signing, Marty was immediately forced to leave his former factory. After leaving the property, Marty looked at the contract again and realised he also lost all his possessions that were located in the Darnell Brothers Factory, including his acid lab and cars. Desperate, Marty called Giuseppe Marcano and his ex Alexa, hoping for support or a way out of the situation. Giuseppe dismissed the situation outright, blaming Marty for his own stupidity and warning him against signing anything without thinking. Alexa was colder still, stating that their relationship was long over and that she wanted nothing to do with him anymore.
After the takeover, Samuel Redmond moved swiftly to consolidate his control. The factory’s operations were dismantled and demobilized, iMarty's former employees dismissed and the equipment, materials, and assets were seized and absorbed into the Redmond Group. After the successful operation, Samuel returned to his office at Arcadius Business Center to discuss the further development of the Redmond Group operation within Los Santos.
At the office. Samuel met with his adopted son, Mátyás Redmond-Vizsla. The two discussed the future of their covert ambitions. Samuel revealed his plan to return the Redmond Group to the forefront as a criminal superpower, like it was when the M.A.N. Agency ruled San Andreas, currently dominated by the Big Three.
Samuel proposed a covert approach. They would establish a network of legitimate nightclubs under a single brand: Galaxy. These venues would serve as both a public-facing enterprise and a strategic foothold, allowing them to undermine the influence of the Big Three who also had three nightclubs in their possession.
Mátyás would oversee the daily operations personally, operating under the alias Duncan Briar to maintain distance from the Redmond name. Together, they selected three key locations across Los Santos in La Mesa, Cypress Flats and West Vinewood, positioned deliberately to challenge Alexa’s Downtown Vinewood nightclub With the plan set in motion, Samuel arranged the necessary funding and bought the property locations for the nightclubs.
After the meeting, Samuel went home and told his wife Beth that the Redmond Group had bought multiple nightclub venues in Los Santos. Beth was happy for him, but her reaction quickly shifted. She brought up Jamie, their unofficial adopted daughter, and suggested that this could be an opportunity for her to work for Samuel.
Samuel immediately refused. He said he was done caring for her and paying for her future. This led to an argument between the two. Beth pushed back, insisting that Jamie deserved a chance. After going back and forth, Samuel eventually gave in. He promised Beth that he would involve Jamie in the business this one time, though he made it clear he saw it as a potential failure.
Setup of Nightclubs
A few days later, Jamie was at her home in Vespucci Canals, located at 0112 South Rockford Drive. She had just returned from work at Alpha Mail, where she worked as a forklift operator. Her house was small and run-down, matching the life she had been living. Not long after arriving home, she received a call from Mátyás. He told her he would be there in five minutes to pick her up for a job opportunity arranged by Samuel. Jamie agreed, though she wasn’t particularly excited about the idea of working for her “adopted father,” officially her uncle.
When Mátyás arrived, Jamie stepped into the car wearing an oversized hoodie and baggy jeans. They drove to the Arcadius Business Center. Upon arriving, Jamie walked into the office and immediately greeted Samuel as “Uncle Sam.” Samuel was clearly not pleased to see her again after a few months and quickly pointed out that she hadn’t changed.
Despite this, he offered her a job at one of his nightclub venues in La Mesa. After discussing the details, Samuel turned to Mátyás and told him to take Jamie to Ponsonbys. She needed proper business attire, something more suitable than her usual tomboyish look. Mátyás paid for the clothes, with the understanding that Jamie would pay him back once she received her first paycheck.
At the next meeting, Jamie arrived in her new clothes, which pleased Samuel. Just after arriving, Mátyás drove them to the nightclub to set the place up. This involved picking up the staff, getting the equipment, and securing the DJ, Solomun. After completing all the preparations, the nightclub was set up and operational. Samuel gave Jamie the job of taking care of the nightclub, maintaining its popularity by helping around and promoting the club by spreading flyers.
Nightclub Setup and Mansion Party
Over the course of the week, Mátyás set up the nightclub in West Vinewood to immediately rival Alexa's nightclub in Downtown Vinewood, Maisonette Los Santos. After the setup, Samuel visited the nightclub and the office to find Mátyás and Jamie. Jamie was drunk and made a few remarks that made Mátyás look bad in front of Samuel. Samuel wasn't happy about the fact that Jamie wasn't taking care of the La Mesa nightclub, but decided to give her more time. After Samuel left, Mátyás dragged Jamie into his car and drove deep into Blaine County near the lighthouse at the coast. There, Mátyás pulled a gun on Jamie's head, threatening to kill her if she ever made him look bad in front of Samuel again. Jamie apologized, and Mátyás drove her home, while she remained quiet for the entire ride.
In the following weeks, the Big Three began to notice new competition emerging in the nightclub scene. Alexa grew curious and decided to visit Galaxy in West Vinewood. Upon arrival, she requested to speak with the owner. Mátyás, operating under the alias Duncan Briar, introduced himself. Alexa and Duncan exchanged phone numbers and after a good conversation Alexa invited Duncan an invitation to an executive party for clientele at her mansion in Vinewood Hills. Duncan accepted. After the visit, Alexa contacted Joey to discuss the situation while Mátyás discussed the opportunity with Samuel.
When the night of the party arrived, Duncan showed up at Alexa’s mansion. Alexa, wearing a gold dress, greeted him personally and gave him a tour of the property. During the tour, Mátyás noticed a map displaying multiple business locations marked by green indicators, with no further details provided. Recognizing its potential value, he discreetly took a photo and sent it to Samuel. Alexa then guided Duncan to the party area of the mansion, where he enjoyed a drink among the guests. After Alexa moved upstairs to speak with her own clients, Mátyás walked around the basement levels to further scout for intel. However to his disappointment, he was unable to access the vaults or any other rooms that were guarded by Alexa's security, so he made his way upstairs. As Mátyás made his way upstairs, he was approached by Joey. Joey introduced himself and proposed a potential business partnership, which immediately caught Mátyás’ interest who saw this as an opportunity to further the agenda of the Redmond Group. After Joey gave Mátyás a business card with his contact information, Joey ended the conversation and left. However, before Joey left the mansion, he discussed with Alexa in her office about the business card that he gave to Duncan.
Meeting between the Redmonds and Joey Hunt
A few days after the meeting at the mansion, Mátyás, still operating under the alias Duncan Briar, contacted Joey Hunt to arrange a private business meeting. Both men agreed that neither side should control the environment in the event negotiations deteriorated, leading them to select the rooftop of the LS Car Meet as neutral ground.
Before the meeting, Samuel Redmond briefed Mátyás on how to proceed. Samuel believed the deception surrounding Duncan Briar had served its purpose and instructed Mátyás to reveal both his true identity and Samuel's involvement to Joey. The decision was a calculated risk. Samuel viewed Alexa Morrison as the Redmond Group's primary obstacle in Los Santos and believed that recruiting one of her closest associates would significantly weaken her organization from within.
When Joey arrived at the rooftop, he found Mátyás waiting alongside Samuel Redmond. The location showed signs of a recent violent confrontation, with blood stains across the concrete and walls, suggesting the area had recently been cleared of unwanted visitors. After confirming they were alone, Mátyás introduced himself by his real name and explained that Duncan Briar had only been an alias used to infiltrate the city's nightclub industry.
Samuel then outlined the history between the Redmond and Morrison families. He explained that his rivalry with Alexa extended back to her father, describing the Morrisons as longstanding adversaries of the organization that had once operated as the M.A.N. Agency. Samuel argued that Alexa had become an increasingly disruptive figure within the Los Santos underworld and presented the Redmond Group as a more disciplined and stable alternative capable of reshaping the city's criminal landscape.

Joey listened to their proposal but questioned what he would gain from assisting them. Samuel responded by revealing that Alexa maintained several warehouses throughout La Mesa and Cypress Flats, only a short distance from the meeting location. Intelligence suggested the facilities contained a shipment of cargo with an estimated street value of approximately $20 million. Samuel proposed using Joey's knowledge of Alexa's operations to identify the correct warehouse, bypass security procedures, and steal the shipment before it could be distributed.
In return, Joey demanded half of the proceeds from the operation. Samuel accepted the terms without negotiation, considering the potential intelligence and long-term strategic value greater than the financial loss. The two parties agreed to cooperate on the planned warehouse robbery, establishing the first formal partnership between Joey Hunt and the Redmond Group.
Although Samuel viewed the agreement as the beginning of an alliance against Alexa Morrison, Joey had different intentions. He saw the arrangement as an opportunity to earn the Redmonds' trust while gaining access to their organization and resources. Rather than committing himself to either side, Joey intended to continue gathering information and preserve his position between both factions until it became clear which alliance would prove more advantageous.
Aftermath of the meeting and Victor Donovan situation
In the days following the meeting with Joey Hunt, Samuel Redmond met privately with Mátyás Redmond-Vizsla at the Arcadius Business Center to evaluate the outcome. Although the meeting had established the foundation for cooperation, both remained uncertain about Joey's long-term intentions. Samuel acknowledged that Joey possessed valuable knowledge of Alexa Morrison's organization and could become a significant asset in their campaign against the Big Three. At the same time, he warned that Joey's willingness to negotiate with both sides made him difficult to trust. The Redmonds agreed to proceed cautiously while continuing to assess where his loyalties ultimately lay.
The discussion soon shifted to a more pressing matter. For several months, Samuel had been attempting to secure the return of his grandson, Victor Donovan. Victor had previously been sold by the Alamo Hellraisers to the international smuggler Hans Naumann, who had taken him to Namibia. Rather than treating Victor solely as a hostage, Hans had begun grooming him as a successor, teaching him the organization's methods of smuggling, trafficking, and international logistics. On the other hand, Hans would treat Victor like an enemy, giving him unethical dilemmas and making Victor do unspeakable things in order to mentally traumatize him for Hans's own pleasure.
Samuel had assigned his eldest son, John Redmond, to travel to Namibia and negotiate Victor's release. Despite months of discussions, little progress had been made. Hans remained unwilling to release Victor under conventional terms and instead presented a single condition. If Samuel wanted his grandson returned, he would have to provide someone of equal value in exchange.
Samuel revealed that he had begun considering Jamie as the proposed exchange. He argued that Victor possessed greater potential and had become increasingly valuable due to the skills Hans had been teaching him. By comparison, Samuel viewed Jamie as an ineffective employee who had failed to meet his expectations since joining the Redmond Group. He criticized her work ethic, describing her as lazy and unreliable, and concluded that exchanging her for Victor would strengthen both the family and the organization.
Mátyás angrily objected to the proposal. Normally reserved during disagreements with Samuel, he openly challenged the idea of sacrificing one member of the family to recover another. Samuel dismissed the criticism, stating that Jamie had never truly been part of the Redmond family despite Beth's efforts to raise her as one. To Samuel, she remained an obligation rather than a daughter.
Mátyás questioned why Samuel consistently treated Jamie differently from the rest of the family and asked what she had done to deserve such hostility. Samuel refused to answer, stating that the matter was none of Mátyás' business. The conversation ended without resolution, and Mátyás left the office before any further discussion could take place.
The disagreement further exposed growing divisions within the Redmond family. While Samuel continued to evaluate every relationship through the value it brought to the organization, Mátyás increasingly questioned several of his father's decisions, particularly those involving members of their own household.
At the same time, Jamie remained unaware of the conversation. Despite being responsible for managing the Galaxy nightclub in La Mesa, Samuel had yet to pay her for her work. As a result, she was forced to continue working as a forklift operator at Alpha Mail to support herself financially. The additional workload left her with limited time to promote and maintain the nightclub, contributing to the very performance issues for which Samuel continued to criticize her.
The Bunker

In the days following the disagreement with Samuel, Mátyás sought out Jamie to offer her additional work within the Redmond Group. Aware that Samuel had still not paid her for managing the Galaxy nightclub in La Mesa, Mátyás hoped to provide her with another role while helping her develop skills that could prove useful in the future. Having spent much of his own life feeling like an outsider within the Redmond family, he sympathized with Jamie's position and became increasingly concerned about how she was being treated.
Although Samuel had deliberately limited Jamie's involvement within the Redmond Group, intending to keep her away from the organization's criminal operations, Mátyás ignored those wishes. Believing Jamie deserved an opportunity to prove herself and become more self-reliant, he decided to train her regardless of Samuel's instructions.
After meeting in Los Santos, Mátyás purchased several firearms and ammunition before leaving the city. Jamie questioned why they would need the weapons, but Mátyás declined to explain, instead telling her she would understand once they reached their destination. The two then traveled north to Grapeseed, where the Redmond family maintained an underground bunker overseen by John Redmond. Rather than revealing the site's true purpose, Mátyás described it as a storage facility belonging to the organization.
Inside the bunker, they were greeted by Ronald, who was serving as the Redmond Group's temporary Director of Weapons and Militia while John remained abroad negotiating Victor Donovan's release. After informing Ronald that he intended to train Jamie at the facility's indoor shooting range, the three briefly discussed the day's activities before Ronald allowed them to proceed.
Over the following hours, Mátyás introduced Jamie to the safe handling and operation of pistols and other small firearms. The session focused on basic marksmanship and weapon familiarity. Although Jamie had no previous experience with firearms, she gradually became more comfortable handling them under Mátyás' supervision. As the two prepared to leave, Ronald made several misogynistic remarks about Jamie after she had already walked out of earshot. Mátyás ignored the comments and departed with her.
Three days later, the pair returned to Grapeseed to continue Jamie's training. Shortly after they arrived, Ronald interrupted the session and informed them that the bunker had exhausted its remaining supply of weapon components. With John still absent from San Andreas, Ronald insisted that new supplies had to be obtained immediately in order to keep production operating. Referring to the task as an opportunity for "target practice," he instructed Mátyás and Jamie to accompany him.
The three departed the bunker in a heavily armored vehicle. During the journey, Ronald disclosed the true purpose of the underground complex, explaining that it served as one of the Redmond Group's weapons manufacturing facilities rather than a storage site. He also recounted how the bunker had previously belonged to the Alamo Hellraisers before being seized by the Redmond family during a violent takeover, describing the executions that followed the operation. Ronald further explained that he had served alongside John Redmond in the Chemicals Corps during the war in Afghanistan before later joining the Redmond Group. The stories of military service and the violent seizure of the bunker left Jamie increasingly unsettled.
As the journey continued, Ronald directed additional misogynistic remarks toward Jamie, making inappropriate comments about how members of his militia viewed her. Mátyás immediately intervened, ordering Ronald to stop and making it clear that such remarks would not be tolerated. Although Ronald ceased the discussion, tension remained between the two men for the remainder of the trip.
The group eventually arrived at the Port of Los Santos, where a cargo vessel carrying weapon components was being unloaded by members of a Korean criminal organization. Ronald and Mátyás launched an assault to seize the shipment while Jamie initially hesitated to become involved. During the confrontation, she fired her weapon for the first time outside the training range, striking one of the armed men before Mátyás neutralized the threat. With the resistance overcome, the Redmonds secured the shipment of weapon parts and transported it back to the Grapeseed bunker.
Although the operation successfully replenished the facility's supplies, the events left a lasting impression on Jamie. What had begun as firearms training had escalated into her first exposure to one of the Redmond Group's armed operations. For the first time, she fully realized that the Redmond Group was not simply a family-run business with legitimate enterprises, but a highly organized and violent criminal organization whose operations extended far beyond the nightclub industry. The experience fundamentally changed her perception of the organization, while Mátyás became increasingly determined to shield her from figures such as Ronald and the more ruthless elements of the Redmond Group.
The Big Three Meeting
Around the same time, a meeting was held between the leaders of the Big Three at Edward McHaggis' office. Present were Alexa Morrison, Edward McHaggis, and Joey Hunt. During the meeting, Joey disclosed his recent contact with Duncan Briar and Samuel Redmond, informing the others that the pair had approached him with a proposal to undermine Alexa's organization. Although Joey did not reveal that Duncan Briar was in fact Mátyás Redmond-Vizsla operating under an alias, he explained that the Redmond Group intended to establish itself as the dominant criminal syndicate in Los Santos by dismantling Alexa's influence.
Joey summarised the meeting by explaining the ambition of the Redmond Group to replace the Big Three as the city's leading criminal power, without revealing the plans about the cargo theft. He also briefly recounted the longstanding rivalry between Samuel Redmond and the Morrison family, explaining that the conflict predated Alexa's leadership.
Alexa acknowledged that she had heard the Redmond name before but admitted she had little knowledge of the history between the two families. Regardless of the details, she recognized the significance of the situation. Unlike previous rivals, the Redmond Group had openly declared its intention to challenge her organization, making it the first syndicate in Los Santos to directly position itself against the Big Three.
Joey proposed continuing contact with the Redmonds in order to deepen their trust before ultimately betraying them at a more advantageous moment. He argued that maintaining the appearance of cooperation would provide valuable intelligence on the organization's structure, personnel, and future operations. Alexa viewed the proposal as a practical method of gathering information while preventing the Redmond Group from realizing that its plans had already been exposed.
After the meeting concluded, Joey remained behind to speak privately with Edward. Joey suggested that the unfolding conflict presented an opportunity to profit regardless of the outcome, provided they managed their relationships with both sides carefully. Edward, however, interpreted the situation differently. Although publicly regarded as one of the Big Three alongside Alexa, he had long operated in her shadow despite leading an organization of comparable size. Previous business dealings had left him with lingering resentment toward Alexa, and the emergence of the Redmond Group presented an alternative that had not previously existed. Rather than viewing the Redmonds solely as enemies, Edward began considering whether a temporary alliance with Samuel Redmond could be used to remove Alexa from power. While he did not immediately act on the idea, the possibility marked the first time that divisions within the Big Three extended beyond private disagreements and evolved into the prospect of open realignment between the city's most powerful criminal organizations.
Tailing of Alexa
Following the heated meeting, Mátyás concluded that the lack of results had slowed the investigation. Jamie had also not yet been paid for her involvement, which further pushed him to provide her with another opportunity. After the shooting practice and the cargo ship incident, Mátyás arranged a different assignment for her.
A few days after the cargo ship situation, Mátyás met Jamie at her apartment. He informed her that the job required her to follow a specific individual: Alexa Morrison. Jamie initially knew Alexa as a well-known Lifeinvader celebrity, unaware that her importance extended beyond her public image. Jamie prepared for the assignment by wearing a large hoodie, simple jeans, and sneakers in order to avoid drawing attention. Mátyás provided her with an earpiece equipped with a microphone and tracker, allowing him to communicate with her and monitor her location. Jamie drove a Sentinel XS that she had previously received from Mátyás and Samuel, while Mátyás followed at a distance in a Dewbauchee Specter to observe the surrounding area.

Jamie located Alexa while she was being transported in an Enus Jubilee. She followed the vehicle through the city until Alexa arrived at Bob Mulét. Jamie entered the barbershop and pretended to be a customer waiting for her turn. After Alexa finished her appointment, she left the shop and was driven toward the nightclub. During the drive, Alexa’s driver noticed the Sentinel XS following them. The Jubilee accelerated and turned into an alleyway in an attempt to lose Jamie. Jamie followed, but eventually lost visual contact with the vehicle. Due to the speed of the pursuit, Mátyás was unable to continue following without risking exposure and instead tracked Jamie’s location through the device he had given her.
After losing Alexa, Jamie decided to return toward Rockford Hills. However, the Jubilee reappeared and ambushed her. Jamie attempted to drive into Vinewood Hills, but she was eventually blocked and stopped in an affluent neighborhood by three armed guards and Alexa herself. The group pressured Jamie into entering the armored SUV. Alexa and her guards transported Jamie to Arthur’s Pass Trails in Great Chaparral. Mátyás, still connected through Jamie’s earpiece, followed the SUV discreetly and positioned himself on a nearby hill with a sniper rifle.
At Arthur’s Pass Trails, Alexa and her guards interrogated Jamie. A weapon was aimed at her while Alexa questioned who she was working for. Jamie first claimed that she was a fan, then said she worked for the press. Alexa rejected both explanations and continued pressing her for the truth. Through the earpiece, Mátyás instructed Jamie to name Joey Hunt. Jamie repeated the name, but Alexa did not accept the answer and asked who Joey Hunt was. Jamie was unable to provide a convincing explanation. Under further pressure, Jamie then named Duncan Briar. Alexa recognized him as a nightclub owner and accepted the possibility that he was involved.
Alexa then asked what Jamie knew about Duncan. With the interrogation escalating, Jamie revealed information about the bunker in Grapeseed. Mátyás immediately responded through the earpiece, stating that Jamie had compromised his cover. Satisfied with the information, Alexa ordered Jamie to provide her phone number in case she needed to contact her again. Alexa and her guards then left the area, leaving Jamie behind.
After the vehicles departed, Mátyás came down from the hill. He did not openly confront Jamie, but his silence and manner made his disappointment clear. He told her to get into the car, and the two left Arthur’s Pass Trails. During the drive back, Jamie remained silent. Mátyás eventually dropped her off, and the failed surveillance assignment left further consequences for both Jamie and the wider investigation into Alexa Morrison.
Mátyás went to the Galaxy Nightclub, very stressed and became drunk in his office to drink away the stress in an attempt to forget what happened.
The Jamie Fiasco
Several days after the failed surveillance operation involving Alexa Morrison, Samuel summoned Mátyás to his office. Upon his arrival, Samuel explained that he had been contacted by a certain man called Ronald regarding the bunker in Grapeseed, which had recently been compromised. According to Ronald, security footage had captured several armored vehicles and masked individuals operating around the property. Ronald also informed Samuel that Mátyás had previously visited the bunker with another person for firearms training.
Samuel questioned Mátyás about the incident and whether he knew anything about the compromise. After initially attempting to avoid the subject, Mátyás admitted that he had brought Jamie to the bunker and disclosed the details of the failed reconnaissance mission involving Alexa Morrison.
Samuel reacted angrily to the revelation, although his primary criticism was not directed at the failed surveillance itself, but at Mátyás' decision to involve Jamie in their activities without his consent. Samuel further described Jamie as incompetent and concluded that she had become a liability to the organization, which is what he expected. further stated that the situation presented an opportunity to negotiate with Hans Naumann by offering Jamie in exchange for Victor. Mátyás recognized that Samuel had largely shifted responsibility for the incident onto Jamie rather than holding him personally accountable. Samuel then instructed Mátyás to contact Jamie and have her report to the office.
After Jamie arrived, Samuel informed her that she was fired from her position, citing her conduct during the surveillance operation, he stated that she would not receive payment for the work she had completed. Jamie didn't say anything and left the office shortly afterward. Once she had departed, Samuel reiterated his intention to hand Jamie over to Hans Naumann as part of a proposed exchange for Victor. Mátyás did not openly challenge the decision, although the proposal left him visibly unsettled.
The Second Big Three Meeting
One day after Jamie's dismissal from the Redmond Group, the Big Three convened for another meeting to exchange updates on their respective operations.
During the meeting, Alexa announced that she had successfully placed what she described as a "little bird" inside Samuel Redmond's organization. Although she did not identify the individual by name, she explained that the source had already begun providing useful information that could be exploited in the future. The revelation surprised the other members of the group, as neither Joey Hunt nor Edward McHaggis had been informed beforehand.
Joey reported that he and Edward continued working on their long-term plan to strengthen their relationship with Samuel Redmond and his organization. Their objective remained to earn Samuel's trust while gathering additional intelligence from within his circle. Aside from these updates, the meeting concluded without any major decisions or changes to the group's broader strategy.
Alexa's Ultimatum to Jamie
After the meeting, Alexa arranged to meet Jamie at the skatepark. Jamie had been spending time there skateboarding in an attempt to distract herself from the events surrounding her dismissal.
Alexa arrived accompanied by several armed guards. Before approaching Jamie, the group ensured that the immediate area had been cleared of bystanders. Once they were alone, Alexa confronted Jamie about her position within Samuel Redmond's organization.
Believing Jamie could still be used as an asset despite her dismissal, Alexa assigned her a single objective: eliminate Samuel Redmond.
Jamie was visibly taken aback by the demand and immediately objected. She explained that her relationship with Samuel had deteriorated and that he no longer wanted any contact with her following the failed surveillance operation. Alexa dismissed the explanation, stating that Jamie would have to find a way regardless of the circumstances.
Alexa then issued an ultimatum. Jamie would either kill Samuel Redmond or face execution herself. To reinforce the threat, Alexa's guards raised their high-caliber rifles toward Jamie while the area remained deserted. After allowing the warning to sink in, Alexa and her entourage departed, leaving Jamie alone at the skatepark.
Relocation to Sandy Shores
Jamie returned home following the encounter, still processing Alexa's ultimatum. Later that day, Mátyás arrived at her apartment. He informed her that she needed to leave immediately, explaining that Samuel could send a team to escort her to the airport at any moment. He also revealed that Samuel intended to hand her over to Hans Naumann as part of a proposed exchange for Victor.

Although Jamie struggled to fully understand the situation, she recognized the seriousness in Mátyás' demeanor and agreed to leave without argument. Hoping that disappearing from the city would also place distance between herself and Alexa's threats, she packed a single sports bag containing her belongings. Mátyás drove her north to Sandy Shores in Blaine County. After locating an abandoned trailer and confirming that it was unoccupied, he forced entry and instructed Jamie to remain there until it was safe to move again. The relocation was carried out without Samuel's knowledge. While Mátyás intended the move to keep Jamie out of Samuel's reach, Jamie also viewed the isolated trailer as a temporary refuge from Alexa Morrison, whose ultimatum now placed her between two dangerous people.
Shortly after Mátyás left, Jamie was greeted by her neighbour called Clayton Abbot, who helped her settle further in a place she knew little about by getting various supplies that she didn't bring from her apartment.
Meeting between Samuel Redmond and Edward McHaggis
One day after Jamie's relocation to Sandy Shores, Joey Hunt and Edward McHaggis agreed to spend the evening together at the beach. Although the two had begun working closely as part of their arrangement within the Big Three, Edward still knew relatively little about Joey and viewed the meeting as an opportunity to better understand the newest member of the alliance.

Edward picked Joey up in his van before driving to a campfire on the beach near Del Perro Pier. The two each took a beer and began discussing their lives and recent events. Their conversation had only just begun when Joey briefly excused himself to relieve himself nearby.
While Joey was away, an older man accompanied by three armed guards approached Edward. The man introduced himself as Samuel Redmond, marking the first meeting between the two. Samuel asked Edward to accompany him for a drive, explaining that he wished to discuss a matter privately.
Aware that Joey's long-term objective was to establish closer ties with Samuel Redmond and his organization, Edward accepted the invitation. He entered Samuel's vehicle, which departed the beach before Joey returned. When Joey made his way back to the campfire, he found the beach deserted and Edward gone.
Samuel and his entourage drove Edward to the Galaxy Nightclub in Cypress Flats. During the journey, Samuel explained that he intended to remove what he considered the city's greatest threat: Alexa Morrison. Aware of Edward's history with Alexa, Samuel believed their interests aligned.
After arriving at the nightclub, Samuel elaborated on the longstanding conflict between the Redmond and Morrison families. He recounted the murder of his daughter, attributing her death to Alexander Morrison, Alexa's father. Samuel described the event as the foundation of his family's ongoing feud with the Morrisons and argued that Alexa had continued the conflict through her own actions.
Samuel outlined his broader objective of removing Alexa from power and establishing what he viewed as a more stable criminal landscape in Los Santos. He claimed that Alexa sought to dismantle the existing balance of power and replace it with an organization under her sole control, posing a threat to every established group operating within the city.
Edward responded that he had opposed Alexa for years and blamed her for repeatedly undermining his own operations through manipulation and interference. He agreed that their interests overlapped and expressed a willingness to cooperate against their common adversary. Before concluding the meeting, Samuel stated that one final discussion would be held with Joey Hunt so that the details of their cooperation could be finalized before any action was taken. The meeting ended on favorable terms, establishing the foundation for a temporary alliance between Samuel Redmond and Edward McHaggis against Alexa Morrison.
Final meeting with Samuel Redmond
Five days after Samuel Redmond's initial meeting with Edward McHaggis, Joey Hunt and Edward arrived at the Arcadius Business Center, where the Redmond Group maintained its offices. The meeting had been arranged as a final in-person discussion with Samuel before moving forward with their joint efforts against Alexa Morrison.

Inside the office, Samuel presented the operational framework for dismantling Alexa's organization. He explained that the campaign would begin with Joey Hunt targeting Alexa's logistical network by raiding and seizing several of her warehouses, disrupting both her resources and her ability to project power across the city.
Once Alexa had been sufficiently pressured, Samuel proposed drawing her into a parking structure under controlled circumstances. There, Edward McHaggis would carry out the assassination. Samuel intended to exploit the resulting power vacuum by assuming control over key businesses and criminal interests that had previously fallen under Alexa's influence, allowing the Redmond Group to expand its position within Los Santos.
The three men spent considerable time discussing the proposal, reviewing the sequence of events and the responsibilities assigned to each participant. Edward accepted the plan without hesitation, viewing it as an opportunity to permanently eliminate a longstanding rival who had repeatedly interfered with his operations.
Joey, however, expressed noticeably greater caution. While he did not reject the proposal outright, he remained more reserved throughout the discussion. Samuel observed Joey's hesitation but did not press the issue, recognizing that the operation would require careful preparation rather than immediate execution.
Samuel emphasized that the campaign would unfold over an extended period and that the meeting was intended to establish the overall strategy rather than finalize operational details. The discussion concluded with all three men sharing an understanding of the proposed course of action and the roles they would each play should the plan proceed.
After leaving the Redmond Group offices, Joey Hunt and Edward McHaggis departed separately. The meeting marked the last time the three conspirators gathered in person before shifting their communications to more discreet channels as preparations against Alexa Morrison continued.
The Death of Samuel Redmond
Approximately one month after the meeting at the Redmond Group offices, Samuel Redmond's strategy to dismantle Alexa Morrison's organization had failed to progress as intended. Unknown to Samuel, Joey Hunt had privately warned Alexa that several of her warehouses were under surveillance by the Redmond Group and could become targets for future raids. Although Joey did not disclose the full extent of Samuel's plan, the warning allowed Alexa to reinforce the locations with additional security, preventing the proposed operation from moving forward.
While these developments unfolded, Jamie remained in hiding at the abandoned trailer in Sandy Shores. One day, she received a package in the mail accompanied by a handwritten letter from Alexa Morrison. In the letter, Alexa informed Jamie that she had located her hiding place, making it clear that there was nowhere she could escape her reach. Alexa described herself as "a merciful woman" and stated that she was offering Jamie one final opportunity to prove her loyalty. The letter instructed Jamie to travel to the bunker in Grapeseed that evening, explaining that Samuel Redmond would be conducting an inspection there. Alexa ordered Jamie to kill Samuel, warning that failure to do so would result in Jamie's own death. Inside the package was a .50 caliber pistol accompanied by two fully loaded magazines. Faced with the ultimatum, Jamie found herself caught between Samuel Redmond and Alexa Morrison. With little time to consider her options, she traveled to the Grapeseed bunker later that evening.

Upon arriving, Jamie encountered Samuel without his usual security detail. Samuel appeared surprised to see her, particularly after her dismissal from the organization. As Jamie produced the pistol and aimed it at him, Samuel immediately recognized her intentions. Before Jamie fired, she confronted Samuel, asking why he had treated her so poorly throughout the years she had spent around the Redmond family. Samuel responded that Jamie had never truly been a member of the Redmond family. He stated that she had only been brought into their household through the compassion of his wife, Beth Redmond. Samuel then revealed that Jamie's father was Dave Morrison, the brother of Alexander Morrison, Samuel's biggest rival. He described Dave as a scrapyard owner and claimed that Jamie's upbringing reflected her father's background. Referring to Jamie as a "scrapyard rat," Samuel told her that she would never amount to anything. He also warned that, if she chose to pull the trigger, she would be haunted by this moment for the rest of her life. Jamie in an overabundance of emotions fired a single shot, hitting Samuel Redmond in the head and killing him instantly. Jamie immediately fled the bunker before anyone else arrived at the scene.
Shadow from the Past: Part II
Aftermath of Samuel's death and transfer of leadership
Several days after the death of Samuel Redmond, Mátyás traveled to Sandy Shores to visit Jamie at the abandoned trailer where she had been hiding. When Jamie opened the door, Mátyás appeared visibly exhausted. His clothing was unkempt, he smelled of alcohol, and his demeanor reflected the impact of the recent events. After entering the trailer, he informed Jamie that Samuel Redmond had been killed. Jamie listened without revealing that she had been responsible for Samuel's death. Throughout the visit, Mátyás spoke little. He smoked cannabis inside the trailer, spent some time lying on the bed, and eventually departed without discussing the circumstances surrounding Samuel's murder in greater detail.
The following day, Mátyás contacted Jamie and asked her to report to the Redmond Group offices at the Arcadius Business Center to discuss the organization's future. Upon arriving at the office, Jamie found that the building had changed significantly. Much of the office had already been cleared, with numerous desks and equipment removed. More notably, John Redmond had assumed Samuel's former position, occupying the chief executive's office. Mátyás was also present for the meeting.
John addressed both Jamie and Mátyás, making it clear that his immediate priority was identifying the individual responsible for Samuel Redmond's death. Speaking in a determined and vengeful tone, he stated that those responsible would be found and killed.
John further explained that, prior to Samuel's death, he had been close to reaching an agreement with Hans Naumann to secure Victor's return. However, Samuel's murder had forced him to abandon those negotiations and return to Los Santos in order to stabilize the Redmond Group. The precise details of the proposed arrangement were not discussed during the meeting.
After observing that nearly half of the office had already been emptied, Jamie questioned why the headquarters appeared to be in the process of being dismantled. John explained that the organization's position within Los Santos had become increasingly untenable. With businesses in La Mesa and Cypress Flats compromised by the activities of the Big Three, he had decided to withdraw the Redmond Group's presence from the city. To prevent key assets from falling under the control of the alliance, John had already sold much of the organization's property, including its nightclubs.
Rather than attempting to maintain operations within Los Santos, John announced that the Redmond Group would consolidate its remaining activities in Blaine County. The relocation was intended to preserve the organization's remaining infrastructure while reducing its exposure to its rivals. Before concluding the meeting, John instructed both Jamie and Mátyás to assist with transporting the Redmond Group's remaining assets north as preparations for the organization's withdrawal from the city continued.
Evacuation of the Redmond Group
Their first destination was the Dashound Bus Center, where John had already arranged for a truck and trailer to be collected. As the truck's cab only had enough room for John and Mátyás, Jamie was instructed to travel inside the trailer.
The group then drove to the Redmond Group's railyard warehouse in La Mesa. Upon their arrival, they were met by a large group of masked men equipped with body armor and rifles. The sight further exposed Jamie to a side of the Redmond Group that she had rarely witnessed directly.
Inside the warehouse, Jamie was confronted with the scale of the organization's remaining stockpile. Much of the cargo consisted of heavy weaponry, including several miniguns, alongside military-grade armor and other equipment. The warehouse also contained tobacco and quantities of chemicals bearing German markings, indicating their connection to earlier dealings involving Hans Naumann.
John's men began loading the most valuable assets into the trailer. Once the cargo had been secured, the vehicles formed a convoy around the truck for the journey north. The operation was conducted in a manner resembling a military transport, allowing the heavily armed group to move through Los Santos together without separating the shipment from its escort. The convoy entered the Los Santos Freeway and began its journey out of the city. Jamie remained inside the trailer alongside the cargo and endured the journey without access to the truck's cabin.
During the drive, John questioned Mátyás about the circumstances surrounding Samuel Redmond's death. In particular, he wanted to know how Samuel's killer had known that he would be at the Grapeseed bunker, why Samuel had been there without his usual security, and how someone had been able to reach him while he was unprotected.
Mátyás was unable to provide John with a satisfactory explanation. He maintained that he did not know how Samuel's movements had been discovered and defended his own efforts surrounding the situation.
John became increasingly dissatisfied with the response. He made it clear that Samuel's death would be investigated and that he intended to discover exactly how the killer had reached him. He also reaffirmed that whoever had killed their father would eventually be found, while he and Mátyás would continue the legacy Samuel had left behind.
As the convoy approached Grapeseed, John explained that their destination had previously served as a liquor store before later becoming a clubhouse used by the Alamo Hellraisers. The property had subsequently fallen into Redmond hands after John and his men killed members of the group months earlier.
The convoy eventually arrived at the abandoned liquor store in Grapeseed, which was now being repurposed as part of the Redmond Group's withdrawal into Blaine County. John's men began unloading part of the shipment and transferring equipment into the former clubhouse. The arrival marked another stage in the Redmond Group's retreat from Los Santos, with the organization abandoning its more visible businesses in favor of isolated properties further north. Once the necessary cargo had been unloaded, John instructed Jamie to remain at the clubhouse.
Mátyás then departed alongside John and the armed escort, taking the remaining cargo with them to an undisclosed location. Jamie was left alone at the property, unaware of their destination or what portion of the Redmond Group's assets had been taken there.
Providing for the Family
The following day, John and Matyas returned to the former Alamo Hellraisers clubhouse in Grapeseed. Upon entering, they found Jamie intoxicated and under the influence of drugs. John immediately berated Jamie for her lack of self-control. He forcibly took her to wash her face with cold water and ordered her to sober up. Once Jamie had recovered enough to leave, John informed her that she would be joining them on Redmond Group business. According to John, Jamie now had to "provide for the family."
The three departed the clubhouse in a Winky and traveled to the bunker in Grapeseed. Upon their arrival, they were greeted by Ronald, who was visibly pleased to see John again. John quickly dismissed the reunion, telling Ronald not to become sentimental and directing the conversation back toward business. Ronald explained that the bunker was beginning to run short on supplies. However, he had located a potentially valuable stockpile at a Lost MC clubhouse near the Diamond Casino. John and Matyas subsequently decided to raid the property and recover the supplies for themselves, and took Jamie with them.

During the journey toward Los Santos, Jamie repeatedly questioned the need for violence and argued that attacking the Lost MC was unnecessary. John dismissed her objections, telling her to stop complaining and welcoming her to the "real world." Matyas remained largely silent throughout the discussion. Upon reaching the area, Matyas deployed a drone to survey the clubhouse and its surroundings. After assessing the property, John decided against a more elaborate approach and instead launched a direct assault, catching the bikers inside by surprise. John and Matyas carried out most of the fighting as the confrontation developed into a firefight. Jamie also became involved and shot one of the Lost members in the leg. John subsequently killed the wounded biker with his Service Rifle. He then instructed Jamie that, in future confrontations, she should aim for the head for "a quicker kill".
With the initial resistance eliminated, the three searched the clubhouse for the supplies Ronald had identified. Matyas also discovered a quantity of cannabis stored inside and instructed Jamie to fill several bags with it while John searched the property for additional information. As the group prepared to leave, Lost MC reinforcements arrived and attacked them outside the clubhouse. Another firefight followed before John, Matyas, and Jamie eliminated the remaining resistance and escaped with the stolen supplies.
The group returned to the Grapeseed bunker during the early evening and began unloading the recovered cargo. Unlike Samuel during Jamie's earlier employment, John immediately paid Jamie for her participation in the operation. After the supplies had been secured, Jamie returned to Sandy Shores, while John and Matyas departed for the undisclosed location where the remainder of the Redmond Group's relocated assets had been taken. There, the two discussed the plans Samuel had established before his death. Among them was his proposed cooperation with Edward McHaggis and Joey Hunt to dismantle Alexa Morrison's organization, eliminate her influence, and seize key interests following her removal.
Despite Samuel's death, John had no intention of abandoning the strategy. Matyas likewise agreed to continue the operation, effectively carrying Samuel's unfinished campaign against Alexa into John's leadership of the Redmond Group. As the first step, John instructed Matyas to arrange a meeting with Edward McHaggis. The Redmond Group's withdrawal into Blaine County had therefore not ended its involvement in Los Santos. Instead, John began preparing to resume the operation his father had left unfinished.
Alexa's Reward
During the middle of the night, Jamie was awakened at her home in Sandy Shores by the sound of a vehicle stopping nearby. After getting up to investigate, she heard the doorbell ring and went to the entrance. When Jamie opened the door, two masked men forced their way inside and seized her. She was taken from the property and placed inside an unmarked black SUV before being driven away under the cover of darkness.
The vehicle traveled south toward Vinewood, eventually arriving at Alexa Morrison's mansion. Alexa personally greeted Jamie upon her arrival and thanked her for her actions against the Redmond Group. She also apologized for the forceful manner in which Jamie had been removed from her home, explaining that the precautions had been necessary to bring her to the mansion without drawing attention.
Alexa then took Jamie outside, where the two sat opposite each other beside a fireplace. During their conversation, Alexa addressed the death of Samuel Redmond. She argued that Samuel had treated Jamie poorly for years and described his death as deserved, regarding Jamie's actions as a form of justice. Jamie did not share Alexa's enthusiasm and remained largely silent throughout the conversation. As a reward for killing Samuel, Alexa informed Jamie that she had arranged an apartment for her at 1162 Power Street in Hawick. The property provided Jamie with an opportunity to return to Los Santos after her period of hiding in Sandy Shores. Alexa subsequently turned the conversation toward the surviving Redmonds. She asked whether the Redmond Group remained operational and what its members were currently doing. Despite having recently participated in the relocation of Redmond assets and the raid against the Lost MC, Jamie refused to provide any information.Alexa did not receive an answer and eventually allowed the subject to drop.
Before Jamie departed, Alexa asked one final question. With a smirk, she asked what Samuel had told Jamie immediately before his death. Jamie finally answered. She revealed that Samuel had told her the truth about her heritage shortly before she shot him. According to Samuel, Jamie's father had been Dave Morrison, making her a member of the Morrison family by blood. Following the revelation, Alexa's men escorted Jamie from the mansion. The meeting left Alexa with confirmation that Jamie had learned of her connection to the Morrison family.
Meeting between Edward and John
The following evening, around sunset, John Redmond traveled to the eastern coast of Blaine County for a private meeting with Edward McHaggis near the El Gordo Lighthouse. The meeting marked the first direct discussion between the two since John assumed control of the Redmond Group following Samuel's death.

Their discussion centered on the operation Samuel had previously arranged with Edward and Joey Hunt: the dismantling of Alexa Morrison's organization and the subsequent redistribution of her influence throughout Los Santos. John made it clear that Samuel's death had not ended the operation and that he intended to continue the plan his father had established. Edward remained receptive to the proposal. He explained that Alexa had repeatedly undermined and interfered with him in the past, crudely remarking that she had "fucked him in the ass" on multiple occasions. As a result, Edward believed the existing balance of power had run its course and that the city was ready for a new order.
However, Edward also raised concerns regarding Joey Hunt. Although Joey had originally participated in Samuel's planning, Edward admitted that he was no longer certain what Joey intended to do. He advised John to account for Joey's unpredictability as they moved forward. Despite this uncertainty, John and Edward quickly established a mutual respect. Both agreed that their interests remained aligned and that Samuel's original operation should continue. By the conclusion of the meeting, the two had reaffirmed the alliance established under Samuel Redmond. Their objective remained the elimination of Alexa Morrison's organization, followed by the establishment of a new balance of power within Los Santos.
Following the meeting at El Gordo Lighthouse, John contacted Matyas and informed him that Edward McHaggis had agreed to continue the arrangement originally established with Samuel Redmond. Edward remained committed to removing Alexa Morrison and believed that her elimination offered the best opportunity to establish a new balance of power within Los Santos.
John also relayed Edward's concerns regarding Joey Hunt. Neither man was certain whether Joey remained committed to the original agreement, and John instructed Matyas to remain cautious around him. From that point forward, the surviving Redmond leadership regarded Joey as a potential threat to the operation.
Joey's Ambush
Approximately one week later, John and Matyas were outside together having a smoke when a motorcycle unexpectedly approached their position. Several masked and heavily armed men accompanied the rider. The motorcyclist stopped near the two Redmonds before raising his visor, revealing himself to be Joey Hunt. John demanded to know why Joey had come, but received no response. Faced with Joey and the masked gunmen surrounding him, John and Matyas concluded that they were about to be attacked. The two immediately entered a Winky and fled. Joey pursued them on his motorcycle while the masked gunmen followed. A chase developed through Blaine County as John and Matyas attempted to escape their pursuers.
Their escape eventually brought them toward the area surrounding El Gordo Lighthouse, near the same location where John had met Edward the previous week. During the pursuit, the Winky left the road and crashed into a tree. The crash brought the chase to an immediate end, but the confrontation continued on foot.

Death of John and Mátyás
A firefight erupted between the Redmonds and Joey's group. John and Matyas returned fire as the masked gunmen advanced on their position. During the fighting, John was struck in the abdomen and collapsed near a tree. Unable to continue escaping with Matyas, he shouted at his brother to leave him behind and get away while he still had the opportunity. Matyas followed John's instruction and fled further into the surrounding terrain while John remained behind. John's decision gave Matyas additional time to distance himself from the attackers, effectively sacrificing his own chance of escape for his brother. Matyas continued upward into the Mount Gordo area while several of Joey's masked gunmen pursued him. As the fighting continued along the mountain, Matyas killed several of his pursuers, gradually reducing the group chasing him.
By the time Matyas reached the summit, only Joey remained. Matyas attempted to continue the confrontation, but his pistol had run out of ammunition. With no rounds remaining, he discarded the weapon over the side of the mountain. Facing Joey without a weapon, Matyas made one final request.
"Don't hurt Jamie." - Mátyás
Rather than surrendering, Matyas then jumped from the mountain. The fall killed him, bringing the confrontation to an end. Within a short period following Samuel Redmond's assassination, the Redmond Group had now lost Samuel, John, and Mátyás. The deaths effectively destroyed the organization's remaining leadership and prevented John from carrying out Samuel's unfinished campaign against Alexa Morrison.
See below for extra context surrounding the death of John and Mátyás Redmond:
Extra context: Intervention of Jack Donovan
The Order to Assassinate John and Mátyás
The Consequences of Jack's Decision
Jack's intervention directly influenced the events that followed Samuel Redmond's death. Joey's subsequent attack against John and Mátyás near Mount Gordo was not solely the result of the Redmond Group's conflict with the Big Three. It had also been ordered by Jack Donovan as part of his egoistic efforts to secure Victor's release from Namibia. The decision ultimately resulted in the deaths of both remaining Redmond leaders, leaving the organization without Samuel or either of his sons.
Shadow from the Past: Part III
Victor's Return to San Andreas
Two months after the deaths of John and Mátyás Redmond, Hans Naumann released Victor Donovan from his captivity in Namibia. Hans continued to characterize Victor's time there as "training" and arranged for his return to San Andreas with instructions to find what remained of his family.
Victor's freedom remained conditional. Hans provided him with a house in Grapeseed and access to the McKenzie Airfield, which Victor was expected to use for smuggling operations on Hans' behalf. He was also instructed to interfere with the regional narcotics market by disrupting established drug prices, continuing a strategy Hans himself had pursued the previous year.
Victor subsequently established a smuggling operation from McKenzie Airfield. He began acquiring narcotics, chemicals, and other contraband that would later be transferred to Hans through a series of organized sell missions.
The workload left Victor with little opportunity to fulfill the other purpose of his return. Despite being sent back to search for his family, most of his time was instead consumed by Hans' operations. While working at McKenzie Airfield, Victor encountered Clayton Abbot after experiencing mechanical problems with a Duster. Clayton was a Sandy Shores local and handyman belonging to the larger Abbot family, whose members were recognizable for their red hair and upbringing influenced heavily by United States Navy traditions. Clayton assisted Victor with repairing the aircraft, establishing an early working relationship between the two.
Meanwhile, Jamie continued living at 1162 Power Street in Hawick, the apartment Alexa Morrison had given her following Samuel Redmond's assassination. With the Redmond Group's leadership gone and no immediate demands being made of her, Jamie had largely returned to an uneventful life. After experiencing problems with her showerhead, Jamie contacted Clayton, whom she knew from an earlier job, and asked whether he could repair it. Clayton agreed, viewing the work as an opportunity to make additional money. Clayton successfully repaired the showerhead, although he also left semen on one of the bathroom walls before departing. Jamie paid him $50 for the work.
The First Job
Several days later, Victor contacted Clayton again. This time, he required additional assistance with one of his jobs. Victor told Clayton that he could bring other people with him, as additional manpower would be useful for the operation. They arranged to meet near the Ammu-Nation in Great Chaparral. Following the call, Clayton contacted Jamie and asked whether she was interested in helping someone with a job. Clayton also mentioned that Jamie bring a gun.

Needing additional money, Jamie accepted. She left Hawick in her Cheburek and traveled toward Great Chaparral to meet Clayton and his employer. Jamie arrived at the parking lot near the Great Chaparral Ammu-Nation in her Cheburek, expecting to meet Clayton and assist with an otherwise unspecified job. Victor was already waiting at the location.
Upon seeing Jamie, Victor immediately recognized her and stared at her in surprise. Jamie was equally surprised to see him. The two approached each other, with Victor explaining that he had believed his entire family was gone. Since returning to San Andreas, he had been attempting to locate his grandfather and uncles, unaware of what had happened to the Redmond family during his absence.
Before Jamie could explain the events surrounding Samuel, John, and Mátyás, Clayton interrupted the reunion and asked when they were going to begin the job. Victor postponed the conversation and told them that he would explain the operation once they reached a hangar inside Fort Zancudo. Both Jamie and Clayton were surprised that the job required them to enter an active military installation. Victor assured them that there would be no problem and stated that he had clearance to enter the base.
After entering Fort Zancudo, the three proceeded to the designated hangar. Despite promising an explanation, Victor provided few details about the actual nature of the operation. He referred to the cargo only as "merchandise" and told Jamie and Clayton that they would be paid handsomely for helping him distribute it.
Neither questioned Victor further. The three began loading the cargo into three Vapid Ratels. Once the vehicles were prepared, Victor, Jamie, and Clayton each took control of one and departed Fort Zancudo. They traveled into Los Santos and separated to deliver the merchandise to several predetermined drop-off locations across the city. The deliveries were completed without major interference, after which the three regrouped near the Maze Bank Tower. With the cargo successfully distributed, the Ratels were destroyed to eliminate evidence connecting the vehicles to the operation.
Following the successful sale of the merchandise, Victor paid Jamie and Clayton $10,000 each for their assistance. The three subsequently went their separate ways.
The following day, they reunited at the Yellow Jack Inn for drinks. Their meeting was unrelated to Victor's smuggling operation and remained largely informal. Afterwards, Clayton took Jamie to the Redwood Lights Track, where he taught her how to ride a motorcycle. The meeting further established the developing relationship between the three following Jamie and Victor's unexpected reunion.
Jamie Joining the Fooliganz
Several days after the sell mission, Jamie came into contact with the Fooliganz, a drug-dealing gang closely associated with Juggalo subculture. Marty Marcano had previously been among the more notable figures connected to the group. Jamie began working with the Fooliganz and subsequently became a member. Her early work consisted of several jobs for the organization, including the theft of chemicals and other materials required for their narcotics operation. Her involvement eventually led to the theft of a Brickade 6x6, which Jamie successfully delivered to the Fooliganz headquarters, known as the Freakshop. With assistance from the Fooliganz, the Brickade was subsequently converted into a mobile acid laboratory. The vehicle allowed narcotics to be manufactured and transported without relying on a permanent production site.
A hobby project

Meanwhile, Victor and Clayton continued working together in Grapeseed. Rather than focusing exclusively on Victor's smuggling operation, the two began modifying a Karin Rusty Rebel for use as an improvised armored vehicle. Victor and Clayton repainted the Rebel before reinforcing several sections of the vehicle with light armor plating, including protection around the windows. They also replaced the existing tires with bullet-resistant alternatives.
Their most significant modification was the installation of a heavy machine gun in the rear of the truck. The weapon resembled a DShK-style 12.7mm machine gun, effectively turning the Rebel into an improvised technical. Although crude compared to purpose-built armored vehicles, the modifications provided Victor and Clayton with a heavily armed vehicle suitable for the increasingly dangerous work surrounding Victor's operations. This vehicle would later be used in most of Victor and Clayton's operations.
The Return of the Bay Bar
After working with the Fooliganz for some time, Jamie accumulated enough money to consider investing in a permanent business of her own. She discussed the idea with Victor, who recommended looking north toward Paleto Bay.
Victor argued that Paleto Bay offered several advantages. The town had relatively little criminal competition, was isolated from the larger organizations operating in Los Santos, and was located close to Victor and Clayton's activities in Blaine County. In his view, the town provided an ideal location for establishing a new operation. Jamie accepted his advice and used the money she had earned through the Fooliganz to acquire an old motorcycle shop in Paleto Bay with an attached bar.
Unknown to Jamie when she made the investment, the property had its own connection to her very own family, the Morrison family. The same establishment had previously been operated by Damian Morrison as the Bay Bar and had once served as a popular gathering place for the local population. Jamie decided to retain the Bay Bar name following its reopening.
With a permanent property under her control, Jamie also needed a name for the organization she intended to establish around it. After considering her own history and fractured relationship with her family, she settled on the Stray Cats. Jamie compared herself to a stray cat, having spent much of her life moving between different families and organizations without having a permanent place among them.
Victor's departure
Two days after Jamie finished establishing the Bay Bar, Victor and Clayton traveled to Paleto Bay to visit the newly reopened establishment. Both welcomed the return of the familiar bar under its new ownership, and the three spent some time drinking together. Before leaving, however, Victor shared news regarding his arrangement with Hans Naumann.
Despite Victor having completed the earlier merchandise operation and having been released from his captivity in Namibia, Hans had contacted him with instructions to continue working on his behalf. Victor therefore remained obligated to Hans and expected to be away for several weeks carrying out further work. The news temporarily separated Victor from the group just as Jamie was beginning to establish herself in Paleto Bay.
Hunting in the Chiliad Wilderness
With Jamie still unfamiliar with much of northern Blaine County, Clayton offered to show her the surrounding wilderness. The two organized a hunting trip into the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness, an area Clayton knew considerably better than Jamie. The trip also provided Jamie with another opportunity to improve her firearms skills. Despite her previous involvement in several violent confrontations, her proficiency with firearms remained limited.

While traveling through the wilderness, Jamie and Clayton encountered several cougars and were forced to defend themselves on multiple occasions. They continued deeper into the area until eventually discovering an isolated compound near the edge of the mountain. The property belonged to the Altruists. Upon noticing Jamie and Clayton near their territory, members of the group opened fire. The two returned fire long enough to escape the area rather than attempting to assault the compound directly.
Following the encounter, Clayton and Jamie abandoned the remainder of the hunting trip and returned from the wilderness. With Victor temporarily absent, Jamie was left to continue developing the newly established Stray Cats alongside Clayton. The reopening of the Bay Bar had given her a foothold in Paleto Bay, while the surrounding region was already proving to contain dangers of its own.
Meeting Giuseppe Marcano
Two days after the hunting trip, Jamie was preparing to close the Bay Bar for the evening when someone rang the doorbell. Upon answering, she found a man dressed entirely in a white suit standing outside.
The visitor introduced himself as Giuseppe Marcano and asked to speak with the owner of the establishment. Jamie informed him that she was the owner and invited him inside.
Giuseppe requested somewhere private where they could speak without interruption. Once alone, he explained that the reopening of the Bay Bar had attracted his attention. Paleto Bay, and the Bay Bar in particular, had a considerably more complicated history than Jamie realized. Victor had encouraged her to invest in the town because of its isolation and lack of competition, but had not explained the area's previous importance within the criminal underworld.
Giuseppe revealed that he had previously invested heavily in Paleto Bay and, for a period, maintained control over several businesses in the area. Despite having since withdrawn, he continued to believe that the town had considerable potential. Recognizing Jamie's lack of knowledge regarding the wider criminal landscape, Giuseppe offered to explain the situation to her. Jamie accepted, and the two left Paleto Bay for Los Santos.
Jamie's introduction to the new division of Los Santos
During the journey, Giuseppe took Jamie through several areas of the city and explained how power had been divided following the rise of the Big Three. Rather than describing the organizations only by name, he showed Jamie the territories associated with each member and explained some of the history behind their control.
Their first major stop covered western Los Santos, particularly Del Perro and Rockford Hills. Giuseppe identified the area as territory associated with Joey Hunt. However, he admitted that he possessed comparatively little information about Joey or the organization surrounding him.
From there, Giuseppe took Jamie through Strawberry, Rancho, the docks, and the surrounding neighborhoods. He explained that much of this territory had fallen under the influence of Edward McHaggis, also known as Edward McBane. Giuseppe revealed that Edward had once been his protégé. Their paths had eventually diverged, with Edward establishing himself through a biker organization that he operated alongside Arthur Percy. Despite their shared history, Edward had developed his own position within Los Santos and had become one of the three principal figures controlling the city's criminal landscape.
Their final destination was Vinewood and its surrounding districts. Giuseppe identified the area as Alexa Morrison's sphere of influence. His description of Alexa was considerably less restrained, referring to her as the "bitch that tried to steal his son," Marty Marcano. Giuseppe subsequently explained the history of the Morrison family, Alexa's rise to prominence, and the events that had eventually contributed to the creation of the Big Three. He also provided Jamie with a broader account of the conflicts and alliances that had preceded the current division of Los Santos.
For Jamie, the journey provided context for numerous people and organizations she had previously encountered without fully understanding their relationships. Alexa Morrison, Joey Hunt, and Edward McHaggis were no longer isolated figures, but members of a larger political arrangement that now dominated much of the city.
Jamie's Confession
During the conversation, Jamie opened up and began discussing her own history. She told Giuseppe about her experiences with the Redmond family and her encounters with Alexa Morrison. She also disclosed the circumstances surrounding Samuel Redmond's death and admitted her own involvement in killing him. Jamie explained that Victor had recently returned to San Andreas searching for his family and that she had been unable to tell him what had happened. While Victor believed he had returned to find Samuel and the others, Jamie knew that Samuel, John, and Mátyás were already dead. More importantly, she had been the person who pulled the trigger on Samuel. Giuseppe did not condemn or excuse her actions. He remained neutral and told Jamie that the truth would eventually have to come out, particularly if she intended to maintain a relationship with Victor. He also expressed appreciation that Jamie had trusted him enough to disclose the information.
By the time they returned from the journey, Giuseppe had provided Jamie with something she had previously lacked: an understanding of the criminal order surrounding her. At the same time, Giuseppe had become one of the few surviving people who knew the truth about Jamie's role in Samuel Redmond's death.
Meeting at the Tongva Estate

Following their tour of Los Santos, Giuseppe took Jamie to the Tongva Estate, the former mansion of Devin Weston. The property was now occupied by members of the Marcano family. Upon their arrival, they were greeted by Giuseppe's brother, Giovanni "Gianni" Marcano, who regarded himself as arguably the most stylish Italian in San Andreas. Giovanni warmly welcomed his brother before immediately taking notice of the woman accompanying him.
Jamie introduced herself, and the three moved to the outdoor round fireplace to discuss business. Jamie recognized Giovanni as the owner of Paradise, a nightclub in Vespucci that had developed a reputation for its openly lustful atmosphere. Giuseppe explained that Jamie had recently established herself in Paleto Bay, where she had reopened the Bay Bar and begun developing several businesses under the Stray Cats. The conversation then shifted toward the wider situation in Los Santos.
The Counter-Bloc Proposal
Giuseppe argued that the Big Three had begun losing sight of their original purpose. The alliance had initially been intended to establish a stable bloc between the major criminal powers of Los Santos, but growing divisions between Alexa Morrison, Edward McHaggis, and Joey Hunt had increasingly undermined that objective. In Giuseppe's assessment, the internal tension had begun affecting more than the three organizations themselves and was damaging the wider criminal order of the city.
As an alternative, Giuseppe proposed the gradual creation of a separate bloc operating primarily from Blaine County. Rather than directly competing for the existing territories of the Big Three, the new arrangement would develop its own businesses, resources, and supply networks outside their immediate control. Under Giuseppe's proposal, Jamie and the Stray Cats would establish themselves in Paleto Bay. Their operations would eventually encompass a mixture of criminal and legitimate enterprises, including narcotics, weapons, and businesses such as a salvage yard. Victor Donovan would establish himself around Grapeseed and oversee the group's airborne smuggling operations through McKenzie Airfield. Clayton Abbot would operate primarily from Sandy Shores, where he would oversee gunrunning alongside legitimate local businesses. Together, the three areas would provide the proposed bloc with a presence across much of Blaine County while remaining largely independent from the established syndicates in Los Santos.
Giovanni supported the concept. He considered the proposal particularly useful as a counterweight to Alexa Morrison, whose organization remained the largest of the major syndicates operating in the city. Giovanni also had his own grievances with Alexa, particularly over what he described as her attempts to seduce his son, Marty Marcano. Jamie agreed to participate. Her immediate priority remained expanding the Stray Cats and establishing enough businesses to become financially independent, and Giuseppe's proposal offered both guidance and potential support in accomplishing that objective.
Satisfied with her response, Giuseppe asked Giovanni to assist Jamie in getting started. He remarked that the Marcano family still had an "old sock" available for investments of this kind, indicating that financial resources could be made available to support her expansion. Giovanni, however, identified what he considered a more immediate problem. Jamie needed better clothes.
Giovanni's Fashion Intervention

According to Giovanni, Jamie could not expect to be taken seriously as the head of an expanding organization while continuing to dress as she had previously. He argued that appearance was an important part of establishing authority and that Jamie needed clothing appropriate for both business and formal occasions. Giuseppe agreed and suggested that Giovanni take her to Ponsonbys, a name Giovanni characteristically struggled to pronounce correctly.
Giuseppe remained behind at the Tongva Estate while Giovanni and Jamie departed for the clothing store. During the drive, Giovanni continued explaining his views on fashion, maintaining that clothing played an important role in how both men and women presented themselves to others. At Ponsonbys, Giovanni paid for a new selection of clothing for Jamie. The wardrobe included more refined casual outfits alongside clothing suitable for meetings and formal occasions. Jamie imposed one firm restriction on the process: she refused to wear skirts. Giovanni accepted the limitation and selected the remainder of her wardrobe accordingly. After their shopping trip, Giovanni gave Jamie a VIP-card to the Paradise nightclub, so she could freely enjoy the nightclub in the VIP lounge.
Expansion of the Counter Big Three
Over the following weeks, Jamie began expanding the Stray Cats beyond the Bay Bar. With financial backing from the Marcano Mob, several investments were made throughout Paleto Bay and the surrounding areas. Among the first acquisitions was a weed lockup in Paleto Bay, providing the Stray Cats with a permanent narcotics operation alongside Jamie's existing acid business. Further investments followed as additional money became available, including the acquisition of a salvage yard and later a bunker, like Clayton. These businesses gave the Stray Cats a combination of legitimate and criminal sources of income and strengthened Jamie's position in northern Blaine County. The expansion followed the structure Giuseppe Marcano had previously proposed. Rather than directly challenging the Big Three inside Los Santos, the emerging organization concentrated on establishing infrastructure in areas where the major syndicates maintained less influence.
Clayton's investments

During the same period, Giuseppe took time to become better acquainted with Clayton Abbot. Their conversations frequently centered around family, a subject that remained particularly important to both men. Clayton spoke openly about his relationship with the wider Abbot family and his desire to prove himself to them. He explained that he wanted to demonstrate that he was capable of building something of his own and was not simply the "dumbass" some members of his family considered him to be.
Giuseppe encouraged Clayton's ambitions and offered Marcano financial support to help establish his operations. With this assistance, Clayton purchased a bunker on Smoke Tree Road, close to where members of the Abbot family lived. The facility was intended for weapons manufacturing and gunrunning, giving Clayton responsibility for the arms component of Giuseppe's proposed Blaine County network. The bunker also served a wider strategic purpose. Giuseppe intended its weapons production to eventually compete with and counter the arms operations maintained by organizations associated with the Big Three. After purchasing, Giuseppe and Clayton set up the bunker, making it operational.
Clayton continued investing as his operations developed. He later acquired a salvage yard in Grapeseed, extending his presence beyond Sandy Shores and providing another legitimate business through which he could operate. However, the Salvage Yard would also be used for the stealing of luxury vehicles.
The location placed Clayton directly across from an old motorcycle clubhouse with its own largely forgotten history. The property had previously been used by the Redmond Group during its withdrawal from Los Santos following Samuel Redmond's death. Neither Clayton nor the others initially attached much significance to the abandoned clubhouse. Victor Donovan would later purchase the property himself, unaware that it had once served as one of the final bases of the organization he had returned to San Andreas hoping to find.
Victor's Market Disruption

While Jamie and Clayton were establishing their respective businesses throughout Blaine County, Victor remained occupied with his obligations to Hans Naumann. Hans eventually assigned Victor another major narcotics sale. Unlike the earlier merchandise operation, the objective extended beyond simply generating revenue. Hans intended to deliberately increase the supply of narcotics circulating throughout Blaine County, temporarily driving down local drug prices and reducing the profitability of competing suppliers.
The strategy mirrored one Hans had employed the previous year. By flooding the market with cheaper narcotics, he intended to disrupt the existing drug trade and attract the attention of the Big Three. This time, however, Victor would be the visible figure behind the distribution. Following Hans' instructions, Victor distributed the narcotics throughout Blaine County. The increased supply placed downward pressure on local prices, interfering with the profits of organizations already involved in the regional drug trade.
After the operation was completed, Hans temporarily withdrew from Victor's affairs and left him without further immediate assignments. The arrangement finally gave Victor more freedom to establish himself independently in Blaine County. Using the money earned from the sale, Victor invested in property in Grapeseed. He purchased the abandoned motorcycle clubhouse located across from Clayton's salvage yard.
The Big Three Investigate the Drug Market
Over the following two months, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor continued developing their respective businesses throughout Blaine County. Their operations expanded relatively quietly, with little direct interference from the major criminal organizations in Los Santos.
However, the effects of Victor's earlier narcotics distribution on behalf of Hans Naumann gradually became apparent. Drug prices across the region had begun declining significantly, reducing the profits of established suppliers. The disruption eventually attracted the attention of the Big Three, whose organizations maintained considerable interests in the narcotics trade.
Alexa Morrison, having noticed the continuing decline in prices, instructed her men to investigate the source of the disruption. She subsequently arranged an informal meeting at her mansion in Vinewood Hills, where a party was being hosted at the same time.
The Meeting at Vinewood Hills
At the time of the meeting, Edward McHaggis was vacationing in Argentina and was therefore unable to attend. In his absence, Arthur Percy, President of the Black Shuck MC, represented Edward's interests within the Big Three.

Joey Hunt also arrived at the mansion shortly afterward. The three eventually gathered around the outdoor bonfire, away from the main festivities, to discuss the situation. Alexa opened the discussion by addressing the recent decline in narcotics prices. She explained that the decrease had become substantial enough to affect the profitability of their respective organizations and that her men had been investigating the matter.
According to Alexa, the investigation had identified Hans Naumann as the individual responsible for the disruption, with Victor Donovan carrying out the distribution on his behalf. The arrangement was not entirely unfamiliar to the Big Three, who already possessed some knowledge of Victor's circumstances and his association with Hans.
The mention of Victor's name immediately caught Arthur's attention. Victor had previously been a member of the Claymore MC, the predecessor of the Black Shuck MC, and Arthur was surprised to learn that he had returned to San Andreas.
Joey was similarly surprised by the revelation, although he did not openly express his reaction to the others. Victor was the son of Jack Donovan, Joey's FIB handler, giving Joey a separate connection to the situation that remained undisclosed during the meeting.
Alexa continued by questioning whether Victor could have been solely responsible for the scale of the market disruption. Although her investigation had established his involvement with Hans, she suspected that the operation might extend beyond Victor's individual activities.
She informed Arthur and Joey that she intended to investigate the matter further before deciding how to respond. Should additional information emerge, she would notify the other members of the Big Three. With no immediate course of action agreed upon, the informal meeting concluded. The discussion marked the first significant attention directed toward Victor's activities since his return to San Andreas. Tthe full extent of the developing criminal network in Blaine County remained unclear to them.
A Divided Vision
Meanwhile, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor reunited at the Bay Bar in Paleto Bay to discuss their recent activities and the expansion of their respective businesses.
Victor was surprised by how quickly Jamie and Clayton had established themselves throughout Blaine County. When he questioned how they had managed to finance so many investments in such a short period, Jamie explained that they had received considerable assistance from Giuseppe and Giovanni Marcano, who had provided both funding and guidance.
Victor was skeptical of the arrangement. He questioned what the Marcano brothers stood to gain from their investments and whether their involvement would eventually come with obligations. Jamie defended the Italians, explaining that their assistance had been invaluable, particularly given the influence of the Big Three throughout Los Santos.
Victor remained unconvinced. He stated that he had no intention of becoming involved in what he described as the "Italians' war" against the Big Three. His priorities remained elsewhere, particularly with locating his uncles, John and Mátyás Redmond. Victor explained that he intended to find them, arrange new identities, and eventually leave San Andreas with them once his obligations to Hans Naumann had been settled. At this moment, Hans was really busy listening to the new album of Gracie Abrams (Daughter from Hell) and was not interested in sending Victor on more missions.
Clayton subsequently changed the subject by mentioning the salvage yards that he and Jamie had acquired. He explained that the businesses could be used for more than conventional vehicle salvaging, including organizing the theft of valuable vehicles for resale. Jamie added that they already had a potential operation planned and suggested that Victor accompany them to her salvage yard in Paleto Bay to examine the details.
The Pfister Robbery
The three traveled to Jamie's salvage yard, where they gathered around an old computer containing the details of a proposed vehicle robbery.
Their target was a Pfister Neon, a four-door electric sports car belonging to billionaire and celebrity Tony McTony. The vehicle was being stored aboard a submarine operating off the coast of San Andreas. Jamie and Clayton explained that the vehicle could be sold for a considerable amount of money, making the operation a potentially profitable investment for the Stray Cats.
Victor questioned the proposal, pointing out that stealing a vehicle from a billionaire did not necessarily make them modern-day Robin Hoods. Clayton responded that they had no intention of giving the proceeds to the poor, but rather keeping the money for themselves. Despite his reservations, Victor eventually agreed to participate in the robbery.
Preparations for the Robbery
Over the following days, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor began preparing for the operation. Unlike their previous smuggling jobs, the robbery required them to infiltrate a heavily secured submarine and extract a specific vehicle.
Their preparations involved acquiring sonar equipment to locate the submarine and securing a submersible that would allow them to approach it underwater.
The group also planned to disguise themselves as members of the submarine's security personnel. To support this approach, they obtained security uniforms and cutting torches that would assist them in accessing restricted areas. In addition, the three carried out an operation to disrupt weapons supplies intended for the submarine's security personnel, hoping to reduce the resistance they would encounter during the robbery.
Despite their extensive preparations, the group overlooked one important detail: they failed to bring masks to conceal their identities. The oversight went unaddressed as the three prepared to execute the operation.
Stealing the Pfister Neon
Once the preparations were complete, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor traveled offshore in their submersible and approached Tony McTony's submarine.
Using the equipment and disguises they had acquired, the group entered the vessel through its moonpool and began making their way through the interior. After gaining access, they proceeded with their plan to seize control of the submarine. The group disrupted its navigation systems while attempting to overcome the remaining security personnel. During the operation, Clayton encountered and killed the submarine's head of security, who was carrying the control codes necessary to operate the vessel.

With the codes secured, Victor made his way to the bridge and took control of the submarine's navigation. Rather than attempting to remove the Pfister Neon while the vessel remained offshore, the group decided to bring the submarine closer to land. Victor subsequently steered the submarine toward the northern coast of San Andreas, eventually running it aground on a beach near Paleto Bay. With the vessel stranded, the three recovered the Pfister Neon and made their escape.
Law enforcement responded to the incident, forcing the group to evade the authorities while transporting the stolen vehicle away from the scene. Despite the pursuit, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor successfully escaped and delivered the Pfister Neon to Jamie's salvage yard in Paleto Bay.
However, their failure to conceal their identities during the operation remained an unresolved vulnerability, particularly as their activities continued to attract greater attention.
The Diamond Casino Robbery
Only a few days after the successful theft of Tony McTony's Pfister Neon, Clayton Abbot approached Jamie and Victor Donovan with another proposal.
This time, the target was the Diamond Casino & Resort in East Vinewood, specifically the podium vehicle awarded through the casino's weekly prize draw.
Clayton had received a tip from an unidentified source regarding the next vehicle scheduled to appear on the podium. According to the information, the casino would soon be displaying a Grotti Stinger TT, a two-door grand touring car of considerable value. Unknown to Clayton, Jamie, and Victor, the vehicle belonged to Alexa Morrison.
Victor once again questioned the proposed operation. Although he did not object to the target itself, he was concerned about how quickly the group was undertaking another major robbery. Their previous operation had already attracted a law enforcement response, and he warned that carrying out another high-profile theft so soon could draw unwanted attention to their activities. Nevertheless, the three eventually agreed to proceed.
Reconnaissance at the Diamond Casino
The group began by visiting the Diamond Casino dressed in smart casual clothing, allowing them to move through the public areas without immediately attracting suspicion.
During their visit, they examined several potential entry and escape routes. Particular attention was given to the casino's waste disposal entrance, which they identified as a possible infiltration point. They also investigated a tunnel beneath the nearby racetrack, considering it a suitable route for escaping with the stolen vehicle.
Their reconnaissance established that the casino maintained an underground storage facility for prize vehicles, located beneath the main podium. Accessing this area would be essential to retrieving the Stinger TT.
After reviewing their findings, Jamie raised several additional considerations. She was aware that the casino employed poisonous gas as part of its security measures and suggested that the group acquire gas masks before attempting the robbery. Jamie also proposed entering the building disguised as workers from the Los Santos Department of Sanitation. Under this plan, the group would create a plumbing emergency by damaging the casino's toilets with explosives, providing a reason for sanitation personnel to enter the property. Clayton and Victor agreed to incorporate the disguises and equipment into their preparations.
Acquiring the Equipment
Over the following days, the three began gathering the materials required for the operation.
Their first objective was obtaining an official sanitation vehicle. After sabotaging sanitation infrastructure near Fort Zancudo, they stole a Los Santos Department of Sanitation van, which they intended to use during their approach to the casino. Afterwards, the three escaped law enforcement and brought the van back to Clayton's Salvage Yard
Assault on Felipe the Valet
The next requirement was a keycard granting access to the underground vehicle storage facility. Their investigation led them to Felipe, a casino valet who possessed the necessary access card. After locating his residence in Mirror Park, the group traveled to the neighborhood to retrieve it.
Clayton volunteered to enter the house alone while Jamie and Victor remained outside in their vehicle. Several minutes passed before a loud gunshot was heard from inside the residence. Shortly afterward, Clayton emerged from the house carrying the keycard. He returned to the vehicle, and the three immediately departed the area.
During their escape, Jamie and Victor confronted Clayton about the gunshot. Both were shocked to learn that he had shot Felipe while retrieving the keycard.
Clayton defended his actions by explaining that members of the Abbot family commonly kept firearms mounted on their ceilings. He claimed that Felipe had been reaching toward the ceiling and that he had interpreted the movement as an attempt to retrieve a weapon.
However, Felipe had not been armed. Rather than reaching for a firearm, he had raised his hands in surrender when confronted by Clayton. The shooting therefore occurred despite the valet offering no armed resistance. Clayton's explanation did little to resolve Jamie and Victor's concerns, particularly given Victor's earlier warnings about attracting unnecessary attention. Nevertheless, the group had obtained the keycard required to access the casino's underground storage facility. With the sanitation van secured and their reconnaissance completed, preparations for the Stinger TT robbery continued.
Final Preparations for the Casino Robbery
Following the acquisition of the Los Santos Department of Sanitation van and the underground storage keycard, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor continued preparing for the robbery of the Diamond Casino & Resort.
Their next objective was obtaining gas masks to protect themselves against the casino's security systems. The three traveled to Sandy Shores, where they stole the necessary equipment from the local fire department. They subsequently acquired rappelling equipment, which would allow them to descend through an elevator shaft into the casino's underground storage facility.
The final stage of their preparations involved creating a reason for sanitation workers to enter the building. The group infiltrated the Diamond Casino and planted an explosive device inside the women's restroom. The resulting damage would provide a plausible explanation for the arrival of an LSDS maintenance crew.
Despite their preparations, the three once again overlooked the need to properly conceal their identities. Although they had obtained gas masks for protection against the casino's security systems, they had made no separate arrangements to hide their faces during the operation. As with the previous submarine robbery, the oversight would later have serious consequences.
Infiltration of the Diamond Casino

A few days later, Jamie, Clayton, and Victor assembled wearing stolen LSDS uniforms. They loaded their rappelling equipment into the sanitation department's Boxville and departed for East Vinewood. Before approaching the casino, the group stopped at a vantage point overlooking the property. From there, they remotely detonated the explosives previously planted in the women's restroom.
With the damage inflicted, the three drove to the rear of the casino and parked their Boxville near the waste disposal entrance. They collected their equipment and approached the building while posing as sanitation employees responding to the emergency. Casino staff accepted their explanation, and a security guard escorted them inside to inspect the damage.
Jamie assumed the role of an inexperienced sanitation intern and began cleaning the affected area with a mop. She continued working while the guard supervised the group, allowing Clayton and Victor to maintain their cover. Once the guard departed, the three abandoned their cleaning duties and proceeded toward the service areas.
Using flashlights to navigate the restricted sections of the building, they located the service room containing the access hatch to an elevator shaft. They then deployed their rappelling equipment and descended into the underground levels, where the casino stored its podium vehicles.
The Underground Storage Facility

Upon reaching the storage facility, the group attempted to open the secured doors using the keycard acquired from Felipe. However, armed Duggan security personnel stationed inside detected the intrusion and activated the facility's security measures. Poisonous gas began circulating through the area, forcing Jamie, Clayton, and Victor to equip the gas masks they had stolen from the Sandy Shores Fire Department.
A firefight subsequently erupted between the intruders and the Duggan guards. The three fought their way through the storage facility while attempting to reach the Stinger TT. During the confrontation, Victor accessed a security motherboard and successfully hacked the system, disabling the immediate security measures affecting the storage area.
However, the casino's remaining security personnel activated the reinforced doors along the escape tunnel, preventing the group from driving the stolen vehicle out of the facility. Victor determined that the doors could be disabled through a separate security terminal located inside the surveillance room. He instructed Jamie and Clayton to retrieve the Stinger TT and prepare to escape while he dealt with the remaining security systems.
Victor Is Left Behind
While Clayton took the driver's seat of the Grotti Stinger TT and Jamie entered the passenger seat, Victor proceeded toward the surveillance room.
He encountered additional armed Duggan personnel inside and neutralized them before accessing the security terminal. After successfully hacking the system, Victor disabled the reinforced doors blocking the escape tunnel.
With the route cleared, Clayton was able to drive the Stinger TT toward the exit. However, the vehicle had only two seats, leaving no room for Victor. Jamie objected to abandoning him and argued that they should wait or find another way to leave together. Clayton nevertheless continued driving, leaving Victor inside the casino as the security response intensified. Victor was consequently forced to find his own way out of the building.
Escape

Clayton and Jamie escaped through the casino's underground tunnel with the stolen Stinger TT. Law enforcement responded to the robbery, but the two managed to evade pursuit and transport the vehicle back to Clayton's salvage yard in Grapeseed.
The Stinger TT was placed into storage while the pair considered their next steps. Although the robbery had succeeded in securing the vehicle, Jamie and Clayton had no immediate information regarding Victor's whereabouts or whether he had survived the escape. Victor ultimately managed to escape the Diamond Casino independently, although his companions remained unaware of this at the time.
Aftermath of the Robbery
The day after the Diamond Casino robbery, Jamie met Clayton at his salvage yard in Grapeseed, where the stolen Grotti Stinger TT remained in storage.
Jamie asked whether Clayton had heard anything from Victor since the robbery. Clayton explained that he had repeatedly attempted to contact him by telephone but had received no response. With Victor's whereabouts still unknown, Jamie raised the possibility that he had been arrested or killed while attempting to escape the casino. Their conversation was interrupted when Victor entered the salvage yard, visibly furious.
Victor immediately confronted Clayton about the robbery, demanding to know why no arrangements had been made for his escape after he disabled the casino's security doors. Clayton remained calm and explained that he had assumed Victor could steal one of the Benefactor vehicles stored inside the underground facility. Victor rejected the explanation, pointing out that the vehicles had been locked and were inaccessible during his escape.
He then turned toward the stolen Stinger TT and questioned whether the car had been worth the risks they had taken. He emphasized that the operation had endangered their lives and could still have consequences beyond the robbery itself. Victor continued criticizing Clayton's decision to leave him behind, stating that he had nearly been killed over a car. Jamie remained largely silent throughout the confrontation.
As the argument continued, Victor walked toward the rear of the Stinger TT and examined its license plate. His attention then shifted to information he had obtained while escaping the Diamond Casino. Victor explained that he had overheard casino security personnel discussing the stolen vehicle. According to their conversation, the Stinger TT belonged to Alexa Morrison.
Victor reminded Clayton and Jamie that Alexa was one of the Big Three and controlled one of the largest criminal organizations in Los Santos. Stealing her vehicle had potentially placed them in direct conflict with an organization far more powerful than their own.
He warned that Alexa would not necessarily treat the incident as an ordinary vehicle theft and could retaliate against everyone involved. Jamie, who had remained silent during Victor's earlier accusations, looked toward the stolen car and asked them both what they should do. She subsequently suggested that they dispose of the Stinger TT as quickly as possible, hoping to prevent the situation from escalating further.
Victor continued warning that Alexa could come after them and kill them all once she discovered who had stolen her vehicle. Clayton, meanwhile, had turned much of his attention toward his employee, Mr. Snickers, rather than engaging with Victor's warnings.
With the argument reaching no resolution, Victor announced that he needed to leave and release his anger. He subsequently departed the salvage yard. Jamie remained behind, having learned that their latest robbery had unknowingly targeted Alexa Morrison. Clayton continued attending to matters involving Mr. Snickers, while the stolen Stinger TT remained on the property.
Emergency Meeting at Maze Bank Tower
Following the theft of the Grotti Stinger TT from the Diamond Casino & Resort, Alexa Morrison called an emergency meeting of the Big Three at her office in Maze Bank Tower. Joey Hunt and Arthur Percy attended the meeting, with Arthur continuing to represent Edward McHaggis's interests in his absence. Once the three had taken their seats, Alexa immediately addressed the reason for the meeting.
"My car. They took my fucking car." - Alexa Morrison
Joey, initially confused by the statement, asked Alexa to explain what had happened. Alexa revealed that three individuals had infiltrated the Diamond Casino and stolen her Grotti Stinger TT from its underground vehicle storage facility. She explained that her men had obtained security camera footage of the robbery, allowing them to identify the perpetrators.
The footage proved particularly useful because the three robbers had failed to conceal their faces during the operation. Alexa further explained that her investigation had uncovered connections between the individuals responsible for the robbery and the recent disruption of narcotics prices throughout Blaine County. Her intelligence suggested that the same people were involved in the growing network of criminal businesses operating outside Los Santos.
Arthur interrupted Alexa's explanation with laughter, remarking that the thieves had considerable nerve to rob the Diamond Casino. Joey was similarly dismissive of the incident. He questioned why Alexa had chosen to store such a valuable vehicle at the casino in the first place, pointing out that the property had been targeted by robberies on numerous occasions.
He argued that Alexa should have anticipated the possibility of a theft and questioned whether the incident justified calling an emergency meeting of the Big Three. Alexa objected to their responses, making it clear that she considered the robbery a serious matter rather than an unfortunate loss of personal property.
She then began identifying the perpetrators. The first name was Clayton Abbot. Arthur immediately recognized the surname and remarked that one of the Abbots was apparently involved. Alexa continued with Jamie, prompting Joey to question whether the robbery might have been an act of revenge against her. Alexa dismissed the suggestion, explaining that Jamie could not have known the Stinger TT belonged to her before stealing it. Finally, Alexa identified Victor Donovan as the third participant. The revelation established a direct connection between the casino robbery and the narcotics distribution operation previously attributed to Hans Naumann. It also confirmed that Victor was working alongside Clayton and Jamie in Blaine County. Alexa declared that she intended to kill all three individuals responsible.
Dispute Over Retaliation
Following Alexa's threat, the discussion became more serious. Joey argued that the theft remained primarily Alexa's personal dispute and did not necessarily require the involvement of the other syndicates. He also suggested that the three individuals operating in Blaine County could become valuable business partners rather than enemies. Instead of immediately retaliating, Joey advised Alexa to extend an olive branch and explore the possibility of a business alliance.
Alexa strongly rejected the proposal. She maintained that allowing independent competitors to expand without resistance would eventually threaten the established organizations in Los Santos. Comparing the developing Blaine County network to a cancer, Alexa argued that it needed to be eliminated before it could grow further.
In her view, the appropriate response to such competition was violence rather than negotiation. Joey disagreed with that approach, but Alexa remained committed to taking action against the three. The meeting ultimately concluded without an agreement on how the Big Three should respond. Alexa stayed behind in her office while Joey and Arthur departed.
After leaving the meeting, Joey spoke privately with Arthur about Alexa's intentions. He warned that Alexa was unlikely to abandon the matter and would pursue everyone involved in the robbery, including Victor Donovan. Arthur had already expressed surprise at Victor's return during their previous meeting, having known him through the Claymore MC before its transformation into the Black Shuck MC.
Joey advised Arthur to locate Victor before Alexa's people reached him. The warning carried additional significance because of Joey's own connection to Victor's father, Jack Donovan, who served as his FIB handler. However, Joey did not disclose that relationship to Arthur.
Alexa's Wrath
The day after the emergency meeting at Maze Bank Tower, Alexa Morrison remained dissatisfied with how Joey Hunt and Arthur Percy had responded to the theft of her Grotti Stinger TT.
Their dismissal of the incident had left Alexa feeling humiliated, particularly after Joey questioned her judgment and suggested that the robbery was partly her own responsibility. Alexa regarded their responses as a challenge to her authority and was determined to retaliate against those responsible.
She subsequently instructed her head of intelligence to locate at least one of the three individuals involved in the robbery. Within several hours, Alexa's intelligence personnel had traced the last known location of the stolen Stinger TT to Clayton Abbot's salvage yard in Grapeseed. Alexa immediately organized an armed expedition to the property. Five Insurgent Pick-Up Customs were assembled, each carrying masked members of her organization. Alexa personally accompanied the group, intending to confront Clayton over the stolen vehicle.
Confrontation at Clayton's Salvage Yard
Meanwhile, Clayton was at his salvage yard speaking with Jamie over the telephone. Jamie had contacted him to discuss what they should do with the Stinger TT, particularly following Victor's warning that the vehicle belonged to Alexa Morrison.

Clayton informed her that he had already sold the car and received a substantial profit from the transaction. Their conversation was interrupted when someone rang the bell at the salvage yard's entrance. Clayton muted the call from his end before going outside to investigate. The connection remained active, however, allowing Jamie to hear what was happening around him without Clayton being able to hear her.
Upon stepping outside, Clayton found himself confronted by several masked gunmen armed with rifles and shotguns. Alexa stood among them, carrying a customized, gold-plated military rifle that she pointed directly at Clayton. She demanded to know where her Stinger TT was. Clayton responded that he had already sold the vehicle.
Alexa immediately pressed him for further information, demanding to know who had purchased the car and what had happened to it. Clayton refused to provide the answers she wanted.
The confrontation continued as Alexa attempted to force him to cooperate. Despite being surrounded by armed men, Clayton remained defiant. He eventually raised his middle finger toward Alexa. Alexa responded by ordering one of her men to kill him.
The Death of Clayton Abbot
One of Alexa's masked gunmen, armed with an Assault Shotgun, immediately opened fire. Clayton was struck multiple times, suffering gunshot wounds to his abdomen, right leg, neck and throat.
He collapsed outside the salvage yard as the gunfire ended. The wound to his throat left him struggling to breathe. Clayton choked on his own blood. Clayton subsequently succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Alexa's retaliation had resulted in the death of one of the three individuals responsible for the Diamond Casino robbery. His death left those operations without their founder.
Jamie Overhears the Killing
Unknown to Alexa and her men, Jamie had remained connected to Clayton's telephone throughout the confrontation. Because Clayton had muted the call without ending it, Jamie was able to hear Alexa's demands, Clayton's responses, the subsequent gunfire, and his final moments. She attempted to respond but received no answer from Clayton.
After hearing him struggle to breathe and choke, Jamie began crying and eventually ended the call. Clayton, who had become one of her closest associates and friends since her arrival in Blaine County, was dead.
Victor Witnesses the Killing
Across the street from Clayton's salvage yard, Victor Donovan was inside the former motorcycle clubhouse he had recently purchased.
Looking through a window, Victor noticed the armed convoy outside the salvage yard. He subsequently witnessed the five Insurgent Pick-Up Customs departing the property. After the vehicles left, Victor saw Clayton lying outside the building, having been shot repeatedly.
Although Victor had not been involved in the confrontation, he witnessed its immediate aftermath and the departure of the armed group responsible. Afterwards, Victor called Clayton's family and waited for them. They quickly arrived at the scene.
Aftermath of Clayton's Death
Short flight training at Paleto Bay
(Re)union with Arthur Percy

News of the Redmond Family

Questions About the Redmond Deaths
A Visitor to Grapeseed
Two days after Victor Donovan's meeting with Arthur Percy and Jamie at the Alamo Sea, Victor was tending to the garden outside his house in Grapeseed. While working, he noticed a white limousine approaching the property. The vehicle stopped outside, and a man wearing a navy-blue suit stepped out.

Joey's Business Proposal
A Caribbean Job
The Cayo Perico Operation
Preparations for the Heist
The Raid on Cayo Perico

Joey's Job
A Lost Recipe
The Hidden Purpose of the Recipe
Unknown to Victor, Joey's description of the material as a recipe was deliberately misleading. The object of the operation was not a conventional recipe but a collection of sensitive files concerning Alexa Morrison. The information was being sought by Jack Donovan, Victor's father and Joey's FIB handler. Jack Donovan was preparing an arrest warrant to get Alexa Morrison in custody and this information would be crucial.
Locating the IAA Facility
Getting the IAA security pass

Arthur's Suspicions
Infiltration of the IAA Facility
With the preparations completed, Joey and Victor returned to the subway network through Pillbox North Station. They made their way toward the concealed security door that Victor had discovered during their earlier reconnaissance. Using the stolen IAA security pass, the two gained access to the restricted facility.

Recovering the Recipe
Following their escape, Joey and Victor traveled to Elysian Island to retrieve the material. Using the information obtained during the interrogation, they searched the designated area until Joey identified a suspicious pile of sand. Joey began digging and eventually uncovered a buried box. Inside was the material he had been seeking.

Payment
The Truth About Samuel Redmond's Death
Victor's Reaction
Arthur's Conversation with Victor
Questions About the Recipe
