In 2016, Los Santos the city of wealth, rich of tourism and rich of criminality. Comprising of two counties: the City of Los Santos and Blaine County, the state of San Andreas is a magnet for organized criminality. A shadow organization, known as the M.A.N. Agency has been ruling the criminal underworld with a tight grip since 2008, however this grip was loosening these past months to an inevitable downfall. A few prominent figures such as Alexander Morrison would take advantage of the downfall. Alexander Morrison, for the public eye a wealthy CEO of Morrison Exports, a wealthy investment firm, but a member of the Board of Directors at the M.A.N. Agency. With the mysterious disappearance of the CEOs of the M.A.N. Agency, known as ‘Black Man’ and ‘White Man’, Alexander sought to capitalize on this by usurping critical businesses belonging to the M.A.N. Agency for his own gain. However, this would not be appreciated by the most loyal of figures in the M.A.N. Agency, like dr. Samuel Redmond who orchestrated a hit on Alexander Morrison, by ultimately hanging him at the Eclipse Towers in Vinewood. This work marks the end of remnants of the M.A.N. Agency, dooming it to their downfall. It is rumoured that the remnants of the M.A.N. Agency left for abroad, calling for a new shadow. 2021 A woman called Alexa Morrison, daughter of the businessman Alexander Morrison, started a company called Alexa Inc, later known as Liberty Exports. Struck by the past, she sought to reclaim the glory that her father, Alexander Morrison was carrying. Her company situated in Hawick slowly began to expand into the territory of Rockford Hills and Vinewood, expanding the influence of her Agency. Alexa hired people that would help her in the Cypress Flats Massacre. Her company occupied warehouses in Cypress Flats and would prove instrumental in the growth of Liberty Exports, becoming a major trader of illicit goods. 2022 In in the winter of 2022 after Alexa had grounded her business, she met a prominent criminal figure. This was Billy McBardigael, a construction worker that was not afraid to get his hands dirty. He proposed that they’d help each other with various smuggling operations and robberies. It was here that Alexa met one of Billys partners, this was a man known as Jim. Little was told about Jim, except about his gun skill and loyalty. The two men were on the verge of grounding their own syndicates and Alexa saw this as a moment were the three could grow together and make money together. Jim settled in Del Perro, close to Rockford Hills whilst Billy didn’t settle anywhere, but preferred to be a freelancer of sorts. They call grew their syndicates together, but especially Alexa and Jim saw a growth. 2023 In late 2023, Billy had invited over his cousin, Edward McHaggis over to Los Santos to make money to provide for his wife in Italy. With help from Jim and Alexa, Edward could settle in the southern parts of Los Santos with his headquarters in Rancho. With the syndicates increasing their grip in Los Santos they became a formidable criminal force. With Edward joining they formed the Big Four and solidified the Los Santos criminal underworld. However, at some point, Billy was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, and after a fierce but brief fight, he passed away. Billy’s successor would be a guy named Tony, and he replaced Billy as part of the Big Four.
