=== Police Interference === Now that Marty had his mobile acid lab, he decided to pay Paleto Bay a visit and see how far the Bay Rebels had re-established control. Though he didn’t care much about reclaiming it, curiosity and ego led him to ignore Edward’s prior warnings. Upon arriving, Marty walked into a bar now under rebel control, where he met [[Damian Morrison]]. Surprisingly, the two got along well. Damian, amused by Marty’s carefree attitude, offered him a job. Marty declined, claiming he was too busy with construction work—but left the bar on good terms, exchanging contact info and maintaining friendly communication afterward and later even became friends. About a week later, while driving home in his Brickade 6x6, Marty was pulled over by Officers Ron Milliken and Archie Calloway. They questioned the contents of the vehicle. Marty claimed it was loaded with wooden rods. Suspicious, they asked to take a look. Marty refused. The conversation turned tense. Realizing they might press further and potentially uncover the mobile acid lab, Marty made a snap decision—he hit the gas and fled. A wild chase ensued through Blaine County, but Marty narrowly escaped. Shaken, he drove straight home and called it a night. The next morning, Marty stashed the Brickade deep inside his Raton Canyon Bunker before heading to Billy’s construction site as usual. But it wasn’t over. Just a few hours into his shift, the same two officers arrived at the site. Despite Billy’s efforts to de-escalate and reason with them, they arrested Marty on the spot. He was hauled off to the Sandy Shores jail cell to await trial—a moment that marked the collapse of his free-wheeling confidence and the beginning of a much more dangerous game. [[File:Alexadisgused marty bike.png|thumb|Disguised [[Alexa Morrison|Alexa]] driving away with Marty from the police station in Sandy Shores]] Two days later, in the morning, a biker chick pulled up to the jail on a roaring Western motorcycle—only to reveal herself as Alexa Morrison, disguised and in full control of the situation. She had caught wind of Marty’s arrest and, in typical Alexa fashion, made the problem disappear. Using her influence, Alexa had bribed the sheriff behind the scenes, ensuring Marty’s release without formal charges. She walked him out of the holding cell herself and the two disappeared into the night, leaving behind a cloud of confusion and unspoken leverage. However, after Giuseppe was deported and following Marty’s embarrassing arrest, the Big Four collectively decided to keep Marty out of any syndicate activities, fearing that his involvement would only bring further trouble and instability. After Giuseppe's return to Los Santos as a legitimate citizen running "Giuseppe & Co," a high-profile problem-solving firm, he quickly moved to retake Paleto Bay, wiping out the remaining influence of the Bay Rebels. During this period, Giuseppe uncovered Marty’s former relationship with Alexa Morrison—information Edward reluctantly confirmed. Enraged, Giuseppe confronted Marty directly, leading to a heated argument that deepened the already fractured relationship between father and son. This would result in Marty severing ties with his father for the second time. What made matters worse was Alexa’s sudden shift. With Marty no longer holding control over Paleto Bay, he had lost much of his strategic value to her. She broke off the relationship—not out of emotion, but cold calculation. To add insult to injury, Alexa discovered that Marty had been sleeping with prostitutes in Giuseppe’s car, a detail that disgusted her. She sold the high-end Eclipse Towers apartment she had provided for him, leaving Marty with nothing but his job. Marty blamed his father for the end of his relationship with Alexa and moved a dirty house in Sandy Shores. Edward tried one last time to pull Marty back from the edge. He met with him in Sandy, trying to reason with him and attempted to convince Marty that it was Alexa's doing, but Marty, uncouth, numb and defiant, refused to listen. After a tense silence, Edward simply stood up, muttered, “I don’t give a shit anymore,” and drove away. Marty had sunk to his absolute lowest. In the following months, Marty kept working for Billy’s construction company while continuing to sell acid with the Fooliganz. His activities with the Fooliganz increased their influence across the region and deepened his friendship with Morgan, who remained one of the few constants in his otherwise chaotic life. This made Marty and Morgan the biggest players in the Acid Industry in San Andreas, bigger than the syndicates themselves.
