=== Dissolution of the M.A.N. Agency and Death ===
In early 2016, the M.A.N. Agency was formally disbanded after its two mysterious leaders invoked an internal dissolution article, leaving the organization without centralized leadership. The decision was not disclosed to the governing board or to the wider organizational structure.

The sudden dissolution resulted in widespread internal chaos. Most board members and senior operatives, including Alexander Morrison, departed the organization. At the same time, subordinate groups and affiliated factions that had previously paid tribute to the M.A.N. Agency began seizing assets and territory. Control over former Agency holdings fragmented rapidly. This period later became known as the [[Dissolution of the M.A.N. Agency]].

At the time of the dissolution, Dr. Samuel Redmond was the most senior remaining member of the governing board. Although no formal succession occurred, Redmond was widely regarded within internal circles as the de facto and legitimate successor to the Agency’s leadership. The remaining loyalists of the M.A.N. Agency operated under Redmond’s authority and acted on his instructions.

After Redmond became aware that Alexander Morrison and other board members and senior operatives had fled the organization and were attempting to appropriate former Agency assets, he issued an unofficial internal order. Acting in his capacity as the recognized successor, Redmond ordered the elimination of unloyal and fleeing board members and operatives in order to reassert control and deter further defections. This directive functioned as the final unofficial order of the M.A.N. Agency. Redmond coordinated enforcement through remaining loyal contacts and external partners.

In the chaos following the dissolution, Alexander Morrison established a private company known as [[Morrison Exports]], which absorbed former Agency operations in Vinewood and Rockford Hills. His expansion was perceived as an attempt to replace the Agency’s former dominance.

Pablo Sánchez and José Sánchez, acting on Redmond’s orders and supported by elements of the Sánchez Cartel, were tasked with eliminating Morrison. In mid-2016, while alone in his residence at Eclipse Towers, Morrison was ambushed by members of the Sánchez Cartel. He was subdued, taken to the rooftop, and executed by hanging. The pink finger of his left hand was severed. This event later became known as the [[Assassination of Alexander Morrison]].

Morrison’s death ended his involvement in organized crime. Following his death, Dr. Samuel Redmond and the remaining loyalists of the former M.A.N. Agency ceased overt operations and later established discreet activities in La Mesa and Cypress Flats. Their presence would only be revealed in early 2026.
