== GTA RP Events == === First Paleto Crisis === At the start of 2023, Alexa was informed of a new faction forming in [[Paleto Bay]]. Initially, it was treated as another minor development until its leader was confirmed [[Damian Morrison]], her twin brother. The news created immediate internal friction. Alexa had spent years building her empire based on control, and now, her brother—who she hadn’t communicated with in years had resurfaced as a potential competitor. At the same time, it was rumoured that her net worth had exceeded $70 million (excluding vehicles), and her partners expected her to respond firmly. Before Alexa could address the matter, Edward, Jim and [[Tony]] captured Damian and subjected him to a violent interrogation on Mutiny Road. At the time, they were unaware of his identity. Alexa was briefed later. During the following meetings, she kept her position neutral, and her demeanour composed. When Damian’s identity became clear, Alexa made a firm statement: Damian was not to be killed. She also stated that she would not participate in any action against him. This caused immediate tension, particularly with Edward and Tony while Jim remained neutral. Alexa’s refusal to act was perceived by some as disloyalty to the group, but for Alexa, the line was clear: family was not expendable. Around this time, a new advisery named [[Captain Cash]] joined the [[Bay Rebels]] making Alexa's job of influencing Damian harder. Unbeknownst to her partners, Alexa was actively supporting Damian. She funnelled funding to him under the guise of a staged loan and offered intelligence to help him consolidate power in Paleto Bay. Her intent was twofold: to safeguard him and to extract information from a new player in the region. When Damian warned her of a plot by Edward and Tony to assassinate her, she took it seriously. At the next meeting, Alexa arrived calm and prepared. When the subject was raised, she responded with a simple: "I know." The room grew silent. Tony and Edward exited without further discussion. During this period, Alexa was wary of Captain Cash’s growing influence over Damian. She did not view Cash favourably, as he was stoic, rigid in his principles, and immune to her usual methods of persuasion. Unlike others she had manipulated or maneuverer around, Cash’s moral compass and military discipline made him a constant obstacle in her strategic considerations. Shortly thereafter, Alexa arranged a calculated confrontation with Captain Cash near the Bay Rebels’ bunker in Raton Canyon. There, she publicly discussed the supposed loan Damian had failed to repay, knowing Edward and Tony were in earshot. The move was designed to protect Damian by reinforcing the illusion that their relationship was transactional. In truth, Alexa had gifted Damian the funds to support his organization and as part of a silent agreement related to their shared inheritance. It also was kind of a sorry from Alexa, for all the favouritism that she had from her father compared to Damian. Eventually, the situation in Paleto escalated beyond control. Damian, under increasing pressure and internal strain, was forced to abandon his position and leave Los Santos. Though Alexa lost a key ally and her brother, the crisis hardened her resolve. === Interbellum === After Damian’s departure, Alexa convened with the Big Four. The meeting turned tense quickly, with Tony and especially Edward criticizing her scolding her for behind-the-scenes interference during the Paleto Bay conflict. Alexa remained composed and didn’t react to Edward’s provocations. In her view, she had made a major concession by promising not to intervene in Paleto Bay, something she expected her associates to recognize. Still, the tone of the meeting signalled a shift. Her relationship with Edward, once functional, had now become increasingly adversarial. Alexa accepted the reformation of the Big Four, but underlying tensions persisted. She focused on restructuring and expanding Liberty Exports during this quieter period, making several profitable acquisitions across Vinewood and La Mesa. Her influence in both legal and illegal trade continued to rise. Later in the year, Alexa received word that Paleto Bay had been taken over by [[Giuseppe Marcano]], an experienced Italian mob boss with deep ties to the international underworld. What disturbed Alexa most wasn’t Giuseppe’s entry, but the fact that it happened without consultation from the Big Four. She viewed it as a violation of the unwritten rules that had governed their cooperation. In Alexa’s mind, this was also a betrayal by Edward, that Damian had to be removed for Giuseppe to gain entry. This further strained their business relationship. Around this time, Giuseppe proposed the formation of a new organizational structure called the Commission, a formalized network intended to regulate disputes and coordinate between the major criminal factions. Alexa's acknowledged the potential for stability but remained cautious. In her view, it was an ambitious bureaucratic project that would likely struggle under competing interests. Alexa agreed to support its formation but did so with limited commitment and clear boundaries. In the end, the Commission was just an idea. In practice, nothing came of it. Despite these growing tensions, Alexa continued expanding Liberty Exports’ footprint across Vinewood, Rockford and East Los Santos. She focused on strengthening her operational independence, ensuring that even if the Big Four fractured, her business infrastructure would remain secure. As Tony eventually distanced himself from the syndicate scene and Billy unexpectedly returned under strange circumstances, Alexa observed the shifts in power with detachment. A few weeks later, Alexa heard the 'good news' that Giuseppe got deported after not having a valid visa. Around this time, Alexa also met [[Marty Marcano]], the son of Giuseppe Marcano. After a syndicate business meeting—where Marty stood in for his Giuseppe, who got deported took notice of his demeanor and presence. She later invited Marty and his visiting uncle [[Giovanni Marcano]] to her penthouse for drinks. After Gianni departed home, the sexual tension between Marty and Alexa rose. Later that night, the two drove—still buzzing from the drinks—to Alexa’s home in Vinewood Hills. There their connection intensified, culminating in them sleeping together for the first time. For Alexa, it wasn’t entirely planned, but it wasn’t an accident either. Keeping Marty close meant she could have leverage over the Marcano Mob, exactly what she wanted. === Yakuza Interference === Alexa became aware of the Yakuza’s presence in Los Santos after Edward McHaggis received word that his wife, [[Luciana]], had been kidnapped in Italy by a Yakuza cell. Alexa monitored the situation closely but remained detached as Edward travelled to Japan to resolve the issue. When it was revealed that Luciana had been murdered by Yakuza trainees, Alexa interpreted the development as an escalation and a direct insult to the Big Four’s reputation. Shortly after, a figure named Haruto an old enemy of Edward arrived in Los Santos claiming Edward owed him money. The situation drew the attention of the entire syndicate leadership. Alexa personally participated in [[Haruto’s]] capture. Alongside Edward and Jim, they kidnapped Haruto, loaded him onto a submarine, and humiliated him before sending him back to Japan. For Alexa, this was not just retaliation—it was about protecting her operations. The Yakuza’s interference was viewed as reckless and incompatible with the established order in San Andreas. Alexa took particular satisfaction in the outcome. At one point, she reportedly told Haruto, “Remember Hiroshima, motherfucker!” a pointed reminder of how she viewed foreign incursion into her territory. Following the incident, Alexa made sure her business operations remained insulated from further Yakuza interference. === Second Paleto Crisis === The Second Paleto Crisis began when [[Damian Morrison]] was spotted at the [[Hill Haven Church graveyard]] in Rockford Hills. Alexa was immediately summoned to an emergency meeting with the Big Four, where she firmly denied any involvement in her brother’s unexpected return. Given her prior support for Damian during the first crisis, her position was viewed with scepticism from Edward and Billy. However, Alexa maintained her composure and insisted she had cut ties with him. However, Alexa made sure that they did not kill Damian. Billy and Jim took direct action, confronting Damian at the graveyard while he mourned his uncle. When pressured to leave the city, Damian refused and fled the scene, firing shots at Billy in the process. Alexa, having anticipated further escalation, chose again to stay uninvolved on the surface but kept close watch through her network. Soon after, Damian returned to Paleto Bay and reestablished the Bay Rebels with the support of Captain Cash, who had somehow survived his presumed death. To strengthen their defence, Damian called upon their cousin [[Alexei]], whose arrival marked an escalation in the conflict. An aerial assault orchestrated by Billy failed, and the Bay Rebels retaliated by destroying [[Billy's farm]]. Alexa was not directly involved in these actions, but she closely analysed each move, recording who acted rashly and who held ground. In her mind, she still hoped that Damian was here to stay, but deep down she knew that was not possible. Eventually, Jim, Edward, and Billy prepared a final operation to eliminate Damian. While Alexa did not oppose their efforts, she also did not participate. She already knew that Damian needed to go. The operation failed, and a broader assault was launched on Paleto Bay by the syndicates (excluding Alexa). The result was a costly and inconclusive battle with 28 dead and no strategic advantage gained. With pressure mounting and the conflict unsustainable, Damian and Cash ultimately disbanded the Bay Rebels and left the region. For Alexa, the Second Paleto Crisis validated her earlier decision to stay detached. She continued to view Paleto Bay as a volatile zone unworthy of direct investment. In her eyes, influence was better maintained through stability, not through chaotic territorial contests. === Yakuza Crisis === The Yakuza Crisis began shortly after the disbandment of the Bay Rebels. To celebrate their exit, the syndicates hosted a party at Alexa’s penthouse. However, this act of public celebration caught the attention of Edward McHaggis’s former employers—the Yakuza. On his way home from the party, Edward was confronted and pressured into rejoining their ranks. They accused him of leaving dishonourably and demanded reparations. What followed was a heavy-handed extortion attempt: the Yakuza demanded $100,000,000, a sum Edward could not pay on his own. This debt was soon extended to the entire Big Four. Alexa was immediately frustrated. In her eyes, the crisis was entirely Edward’s fault, and now her businesses were under siege because of his personal entanglements. The Yakuza began seizing narcotics, weapons, and revenue across the city, crippling the Big Four’s trade lines. To avoid financial collapse, the group brought in [[Hans Naumann]], a well-known German smuggler. Hans agreed to handle the syndicate's exports—narcotics, crates, and illegal goods—in exchange for a share of the earnings. Alexa reluctantly agreed to the plan, though she never liked Hans. She found him smug, clumsy, and ultimately unreliable. More importantly, she resented the fact that her well-oiled operations had to share profits with an outsider due to a crisis caused by Edward. To her, it was a form of "modern stealing"—exploiting a problem to extract a cut. Her doubts were confirmed when the Yakuza raided Hans’s safehouse and stole a [[USB stick]] containing sensitive data. It was Billy who located the Yakuza’s Los Santos base and led a swift retaliation. Their cell was eliminated, and the USB stick was recovered. When Alexa received the stick, she quickly realized it was no ordinary file drop—it contained deeply encoded material that hinted at high-level criminal connections. She managed to extract partial data, enough to uncover Hans Naumann’s deeper ties to illicit activities and his connection to the circumstances surrounding the death of Jim’s wife. Yet, something about the file remained unresolved. The encryption was advanced and layered—too intricate for its intended purpose. Alexa suspected there was more buried within, something she couldn’t yet access. It left her with an uneasy certainty: the rabbit hole went deeper than she could presently see, and Hans Naumann’s story in Los Santos might not be entirely over. Jim acted quickly upon learning the truth and confronted Hans at the [[Galileo Observatory]]. Though Alexa was not involved in the confrontation, she was informed of the outcome: Jim, despite having a weapon drawn, chose not to kill Hans. Instead, Hans fled the city. To Alexa, this was a weak and strategic decision. She believed Hans had become a liability the moment he arrived in Los Santos, and letting him go only risked future consequences. Alexa had never trusted Hans, and his exit though welcomed felt incomplete. With the Yakuza eliminated and Hans gone, Alexa quietly restored her operations to full efficiency, reinforcing her view that Edward's carelessness had nearly cost them everything, and that Jim’s reluctance to act decisively could become a future vulnerability. === Ron and Archie Plot === With the Yakuza out of the picture, the Big Four resumed their operations. Around this time, two new law enforcement officers began gaining attention in Sandy Shores: Sergeant [[Ron Milliken]], a former colleague of Jim’s, and Deputy [[Archie Calloway]]. Their careers took off after the high-profile capture and subsequent death of the serial killer known as the Slasher, which earned them rapid promotions. Later, while investigating Pixel Pete’s, formerly operated by Damian, the two officers discovered a case file implicating the major syndicates. Suspecting internal corruption within the Sheriff's Department, they decided to pursue the investigation independently. Their probing raised alarms among the syndicates. When the syndicates became aware of the investigation, they quickly agreed that both officers needed to be eliminated. Alexa found the proposal entirely reasonable, Ron and Archie had uncovered too much, and their continued presence posed a direct threat to all operations. After a voting by the syndicates, it was Jim that was to charge of the execution plan, despite his dismay. A staged gang shootout was organized near the [[Yellowjack Bar]], designed to lure the officers into a trap. When Ron exited the vehicle to investigate the scene, Jim remotely detonated a car bomb, killing Archie instantly. Jim then revealed himself and executed Ron with a shot to the head, eliminating the threat decisively. The incident effectively neutralized the threat posed by the two officers. Alexa, while not directly involved in the operation, approved of the outcome. She believed the syndicates could not afford internal exposure, especially not after enduring several months of instability. The matter was closed swiftly and without further consequences. === The Great Breakup === Following the deaths of the Blaine County officers, the Big Four enjoyed a short period of stability. On October 27, 2024, Giuseppe Marcano returned to Los Santos and launched a private venture: "[[Giuseppe & Co.]]" targeting high-profile clientele. When Edward requested that Giuseppe oversee Paleto Bay again, Giuseppe declined, citing a lack of support from the Big Four and Edward in particular. Not long after, Giuseppe received a classified request from the IHA involving a high-value client. He left Los Santos shortly thereafter, abandoning his business operations for the foreseeable future. On November 1, 2024, Edward faced a series of internal challenges. Several members of his motorcycle club, Claymore MC, departed following disagreements over its direction. Around the same time, Edward and Billy were ambushed by a rogue biker gang during a car meet in Cypress Flats. The attackers were identified as defectors from Claymore MC. In response, Edward and Billy launched a retaliatory strike in Sandy Shores, targeting the Alamo Hellraisers with a public show of force—though no fatalities occurred. A week later, on November 8, Edward convened a Big Four meeting to address the attack. Alexa, frustrated by the growing instability, questioned Edward's ability to manage the crisis. Edward, feeling insulted, lashed out at Alexa. The tension underscored the fragmentation within the group. Later that day, Jim privately told Edward that Alexa seemed to be trying to prevent another escalation like the one with the Bay Rebels. This view. Edward did not share. Meanwhile, Billy met with Caroline and Aiden Reed, leaders of the Alamo Hellraisers. They explained that two Claymore members had been abandoned by Edward during an operation and were left for dead. The betrayal prompted them to leave and form their own crew. Billy, sympathetic to their reasoning, convened one final meeting that evening. There, he declared that money and personal ambition had compromised their unity. Billy officially withdrew from the Big Four. Edward followed shortly after, unwilling to continue under fractured leadership. Jim also exited, signalling the complete dissolution of the Big Four. Alexa, left alone in the room, remained composed before quietly leaving as well. Though she said nothing, she saw the collapse of the group as both inevitable and necessary. Privately, she took satisfaction in the downfall of Edward’s empire, believing it to be well-deserved after all the trouble he had brought to Los Santos. As she walked away, Alexa reflected on the outcome not with regret, but with clarity. In her mind, it wasn't her or Jim who had caused the collapse. It was the fault of two men (Edward and Billy) who never truly understood how business was supposed to work. Around this time, Giuseppe returned to the city and resumed operations with Giuseppe & Co. He also reestablished his presence in Paleto Bay under the Marcano Mob banner without resistance, taking advantage of the syndicate power vacuum. When Alexa heard about his return to Paleto Bay, she was furious. It reminded her of the first time Giuseppe had claimed territory without consultation. To her, it was yet another instance of him operating without respect for the existing power structure or her influence. Jeff, who had briefly worked under Edward, left Los Santos for San Fierro after concluding his obligations—though Alexa had never been made aware of his involvement in the first place. === Rise of the Marcano Mob === Alexa became peripherally aware of the renewed activity in Paleto Bay when Giuseppe returned and began reestablishing the Marcano Mob. Although she wasn’t directly involved, she kept a close watch. Giuseppe's reappearance wasn’t a concern in itself, but what followed quickly drew Alexa’s attention—Marty Marcano’s involvement. Alexa encountered Marty in a worn-out state at Premium Deluxe Motorsport. Sensing potential, she offered him an opportunity to rebuild. With her financial backing, they organized a second heist on the Diamond Casino and moved narcotics to raise capital. Alexa saw it as a mutually beneficial arrangement: she gained a foothold in a weakened faction, and Marty got a path out of ruin. When Marty later used the funds to purchase the Darnell Brothers garment factory in La Mesa, Alexa considered it a successful investment. However, the situation escalated when Giuseppe learned of her involvement. Alexa's indirect influence over Marty was enough to provoke Giuseppe, causing him to storm out of a visit to the garment factory in frustration. Though Alexa didn’t confront him directly, she was well aware that her actions had driven a wedge into an already fragile family dynamic. After the Marcano Mob seized a cocaine shipment from the Clucking Bell Cartel, Alexa remained distanced but informed. Her next significant encounter with the group came indirectly. During a routine visit to La Mesa, she became the subject of rumours regarding a romantic relationship with Marty Marcano. Unlike the past, Alexa made no effort to hide the relationship and publicly confirmed it. However, what she knew—and the others didn't—was that Marty had been the one to approach her. Marty, in typical fashion, reversed the narrative, telling his family that Alexa was the one who pursued him. Alexa, aware of the lie, chose not to challenge it. The relationship added new complexity to her standing with the Marcano’s, especially as internal tensions escalated. For Alexa, the rise of the Marcano Mob wasn’t just another chapter in city politics—it was a developing situation filled with personal stakes, emerging fractures, and opportunities yet to be realized. === Return of the Smuggler === On March 3, 2025, Alexa received troubling news—Hans Naumann, the smuggler she had long distrusted, had returned to San Andreas. An unregistered B-11 Strikeforce had landed at Sandy Shores Airfield, marking Hans’s reentry into the criminal scene. Alexa, already wary of Hans from previous dealings, found his return deeply concerning, especially given the lack of clarity surrounding his motives. Two days later, Hans purchased the McKenzie Field Hangar in Grapeseed and restarted his smuggling and arms trafficking operation. As drug prices began to plummet across Los Santos, Alexa grew more suspicious, linking the price drop to Hans’s renewed presence. Not long after, Alexa received an audio tape from an anonymous courier. Distressed, she contacted Jim and arranged a meeting on her yacht. When Jim arrived, Alexa played the recording—it revealed that Marty had been kidnapped by an individual referred to only as "the Phantom" and was being tortured. Alexa, visibly concerned, insisted that Jim and Edward help locate and rescue Marty. Jim, though hesitant, agreed. As the situation worsened and drug markets continued to falter, Alexa passed on intelligence suggesting activity at McKenzie Airfield. Jim and Edward followed up, initially suspecting the Alamo Hellraisers. Surveillance, however, confirmed the worst: Hans was indeed behind the disruption. Jim attempted to intercept him, but Hans escaped via aircraft. After another failed attempt to confront Hans, Jim and Edward captured one of his associates, who revealed Hans’s involvement before taking his own life. Alexa, upon receiving this information, advised Jim to inform Giuseppe of Marty’s capture. She understood how volatile Giuseppe could be, especially where family was involved. Behind the scenes, Alexa began to piece together the deeper implications. She asked herself, yet again, why Hans had returned—and more urgently, who was the Phantom, and where was Marty? These unanswered questions disturbed her deeply. Marty had given Alexa the strategic edge she needed with Giuseppe, and if anything were to happen to him, Alexa knew the blame would fall squarely on her shoulders. The uncertainty gnawed at her. Hans’s reappearance was unwelcome enough, but the added mystery of Marty's disappearance made the situation volatile. Alexa hated not knowing, and she hated even more the feeling that control was slipping away. With Hans’s largest narcotics smuggling deal completed, drug prices across Los Santos dropped to an all-time low. For Alexa, this was the final insult. She had spent years stabilizing and regulating the underground market, and Hans had undone it in a matter of days. Her anger grew, as Hans had perhaps caused more damage than Damian ever did. More than ever, she wanted him dead. Alexa, having tracked Hans’s location independently, had already predicted the meeting would happen. On March 30, 2025, at 16:00, the confrontation—later referred to by Alexa as the 'Observatory Incident'—took place. At the Observatory, Jim and Edward faced off with Hans. When Jim moved to shoot Hans, Edward intervened, revealing their weapons pact. Alexa was informed afterward and was deeply disappointed—not only that Hans had escaped again, but that Jim had allowed it. She believed Hans should have died there. His smirk and escape reinforced everything she despised about him. For Alexa, it was a definitive missed opportunity to eliminate a long-standing threat. In her mind, this only confirmed what she had long believed: Edward was a traitor. Even if she didn’t have proof before, she had always 'known' he would betray Jim one day. The Observatory Incident simply validated her distrust. Later that evening, Alexa visited Jim’s home. She found him disheveled and heavily drinking. When she asked if Hans was dead, Jim admitted he was not—and that Edward had protected him. Alexa wasn’t surprised. Instead, she shifted focus to Marty’s wellbeing and the chaos that Hans continued to bring. In private, Alexa saw the entire ordeal as confirmation of her initial instincts. Hans's return was dangerous, unpredictable, and unnecessary. She had been willing to support Jim, but his emotional spiral made her view him as weak in that moment. And though she left his home frustrated, she was more focused than ever on regaining control. The Titan 250-D’s final departure for the East Coast closed the chapter for now, but Alexa knew that loose ends like Hans rarely stayed buried forever.
