A military veteran and key figure in Los Santos’ biker conflicts, Nelson played a central role in Black Shuck MC’s territorial expansion and in the events that led to the [[First Biker War]]. During this period, Cottonmouth experienced high unemployment, widespread criminal activity, and systemic corruption. Tyler was raised in a low-income household alongside his parents and younger brother. His father worked irregular labor positions, and the family relied on unstable income.
